We found the hotel pleasing and Friendly and enjoyed the experiance and the facilities within the room were excelent. Our room (41) had an airconditioning unit outside the window which provided slightly noisey during the late evening and thourgh the night

Staff were good I did not appreciate it was so close to the M25. The room was hot, there was no A/C and so had the window open & hence the drone of the traffic all night long!
The room was great clenliness was good and staff were friendly, The bistro food was good adn service fair. The breakfast staff were good but service was slow everything reqd had to be asked for down to things like pepper and salt! The toast came before the main breakfast and the tea and coffe took forever to arrive.I had spoken to a member of staff about having a bottle of champaign in the room for arrival but had decided to arrange it with the reception staff when checking in. we had decided that we did not want it so didn't mention it. on arrival to the room the bottle was there at a cost of £75.00 We did not drink it but left it in the room. Whilts checking out they tried to charge us for it. details were missing with the stay but would stay again.
This is England so in the total scheme of things, this hotel is way above average. However, you are 20 miles out of London so the room rates are high .. however, the venue is outstanding Just a bit pricey, I'd could find a comparable room at hotel in New York City for about the same price or a less

All staff, friendly and helpful. Pillows were synthetic slabs, grubby room, beware, double executive rooms are too small for two adults. Tiny bathroom. After heavy complaint was moved one grade up, room size average, curtains grubby, roller blinds old, perforated. Breakfast poor. Although hotel has internet not working in room, stayed five nights without being rectified. If had not prepaid room would have moved elsewhere.

The hotel is in a lovely surrounding and is quaintly old which is nice - if all the rest was ok. Convenient to London in some ways. Requested a double bed, got a twin, noisy aircon, smelly room, like cigars though we requested non - smoking at reception, room in area of renovation but at the rate we paid compared to the rates at reception, acceptable. Chipped crockery in the breakfast room, had to queue to get in for b/fast 6 deep both days! Something that has never happened to me before in my life including my onetime extensive business travel years - or in South Africa from whence I hail. The problem in the b/fast room appeared to be understaffing in there and not insufficient tables - they took time to clear while working at what appeared to be full stretch. I found it a pity that a hotel with such potential has been allowed to deteriorate to such a degree.
Clean, food good at breakfast Reception was a terrible experience; spent over 30 minutes (twice)trying to get 3 rooms processed for reservation that we had the booking confirmation for. By the end we were so exhausted my husband asked the manager to take over. He swiftly booked us in. One of our group was an 83 year old lady who was absolutely exhausted waiting -we reached our rooms after 12pm. So this has put me off the online booking system and the Hilton!
Having had previous very good stays in this hotel I nwas very dissapointed with our room and the bathroom. I am only 5'2'' and the bath size was a joke for me!!!!!!!!!!

The quality of the hotel - from the meals in the bar area, to the furnishings in the bedroom and the vast range available at breakfast. The pillows didn't suit me. At home I have a special support pillow to prevent me getting bad heads, and would normally take it with me on my travels - but as my stay was only for one night I didn't bring it with me. My sleep was deprivated as a result - but that is no fault of yourselves!
Decor of room and use of building space Not being able to use Debit card at check in and being woken up in the morning by a member of staff knocking on my bedroom door for what what reason, I was unable to find out!

close to the airport for our departure home the next day cost means to make our own coffee and tea mini refrigerator nice sized bathroom had to walk along way down a hallway to access an elevator to the 2nd floor and then had to walk back down another long hallway there was urine in the toilet in our "clean" hotel room and the TV was all ready on - it left us wondering if our room had really been cleaned no extra pillows or blankets
Relatively clean I chose the hotel because of its supposedly superior pool and fitness room, but they closed right after I arrived. Why would an airport hotel close its facilities at night?
Close to the international airport with easy access to cheap shuttle bus service. Rooms were clean and heating/cooling easily adjusted. Staff were friendly and good with children. A good menu for kids. Rooms are very small, even for overnight stay. There is no lift so luggage must be carried up two flights of stairs which is back breaking if your traveling overseas with a large load. They claim to be 4 star which is a bit of a joke... More like 2 1/2 to 3 mainly due to the fact it is dated (looking worn), lack of lifts to upper levels and lacking 4 star facilities. WiFi was a bit dear. Most places in this pricerange where we stayed offered free WiFi.
The food was great, and the service terrific too. Doors a bit scratched up.

The concierge staff were very helpful and friendly,but something need to be done for the check in and check out front liners. We checked in on 25 \nov 2010, arriving about 10 pm plus from Paris enroute to scotland, the check I staff was not very friendly. We checkd out early morning on 26 nov 2010, the check out staff was also not friendly. A simple eye contact would have been helpful for the hotel management.
Reasonably priced, comfortable, very close to Heathrow No complaints, would stay again.
Slick check in, very clean and comfortable
First off I couldn't book the room through the hotel. I was forced to book with third party online. My bathroom had flooded when I had taken a shower, due to the shower threshold. I had upgraded my room simply just looking for a king bed. The only room available was a sweet which had cost me 275.00 pounds. They only compensated me 50 pounds for a soak and wet bathroom that I had to mop up with all the towels in the room.

The Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food is great at reasonable prices, everything looks smart and well organised. it is right next to the tube station which was convenient. The rates are low and you get much more than you expected for this sort of price. the breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Basically I would use this hotel again if I am in the area – very pleasant stay.
Location The hotel was very noisy and the housekeeping staff kept slamming doors keeping us up. In addition we asked a server about the menu and she rudely told us to ask someone else and walked off.
The convenient possision, the room was very quiet, no airport noice. The bar area not very acceptable for eating a light meal

Brand new, lovely hotel and a superb Garden Inn. Comfortable and crispy clean. Nice staff at the bar and check in. Easy access from Hatton Cross Tube stop. Read a review that transportation was bad and have to agree. Expensive at GBP 4:50 each. Worse yet was the SURLY, RUDE, UNHELPFUL CRETIN that drove the bus. Awful.
The bed was inviting and clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovely! I didn't have a computer with me so was grateful I could come in free of charge to write an email. There was nothing I didn't like.
Checkin was quick. Food at the bar was good (see also what I did not like) I picked the hotel because of the name, I stayed in excellent Jury's Inss before, also because it was (said to be) close to the underground & heathrow, Only at the exit there was no indication where the hotel was located, and the hotel was not visible. So I had to ask around, before finding the hotel. It was a bit farther away than described. At check-in they told me the restaurant would be open until 22h30, and gave me a key-card for my room that did not work. When coming back down to the restaurant I was told it closed early, so I had to go to the (overflowing) bar, and had to wait to get a seat. My room was close the the elevators, and poorly insulated, and I heard the elevators moving up and down,and stopping at my floor all night.

The room was clean and comforable, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We felt a bigger sign on the actual building, instead of the very small one above the entrance door, would have been helpful as we went into the Fairmile restaurant to ask where the Premier Inn was, and felt rather stupid when it was pointed out to us!
The room was comfortable. I would have preferred a bath in the room, and not a shower as on the TV adverts there is always a bath.
Convenient Separate hot/cold faucets; only dispenser soap; poor bedside reading light; few tv stations (especially annoying as none showed Olympics while we were there).
The reception staffs were very accommodating, very comfortable and clean. The only problem I encountered was there was no hot water tap on the sink did not work.

Location, lounge 1.the hotel could not find my kayak reservation so I am Not sure that I paid the kayak rate, in fact there is a good chance but I was charged twice and I'll have to find some way to reconcile this. For some reason the kayak reservations were not acceptable for their confirmation numbering system, the staff acted like they never seen a kayak reservation. 2.none of the hotel had internet access whatsoever it was down all night. Only one staff was manning the concierge desk and with the internet down the line was very long, yet it seems like the staff didn't put 2&2 together....perhaps you should increase the number of people at the concierge desk when the internet is down. At times the concierge would just just disappear I think probably hoping people would just disappear as well. Myself and another guest helped ourselves to the concierge desk computer print out our boarding passes for flights. 3. the entire hotel smelled like smoke despite the non smoking room. 4. the television didn't work in the hotel room and looked quite dated even at the kayak rated this hotel is not worth the money
What a great location. As a weary traveler it's nice when everything goes smoothly. Staff was very accommodating .
Big lounge, helpful front desk service. Discounted pricing relative to other hotels in the area. Outside decor and current renovations give very poor first impressions. Room was typ Marriott-type accommodations. I'd recommend spending the extra $10+ to stay elsewhere if possible, but would consider again at same price range when renovations are complete.
Location Service in the restaurant was very efficient and friendly We were not informed that the hotel is going through a TOTAL renovation. We were initially placed in a recently finished room. After a real ordeal to get there, we found out that our room reeked of chemicals (gave us a headache within 5 minutes and watery eyes), still had some construction debris and the bathroom door handle was not installed. Had to carry all our luggage back and had to be moved to a different room.
Staff attention to detail, quality of room and location
Comfortable room and fast internet and ease of taking the public bus system 5 minutes to the terminal cannot be beat. Hair in the bathroom and in the tea cup suggested it did not get cleaned well, and about a 45" wait to get checked in made the stay less than ideal. Both are probably one-off issues though based upon reviews available.
It was totally fine for an overnight stay at an airport hotel. The pull out couch was actually more comfortable than the beds themselves. The air-con did not work in our room and they gave us a small fan to rectify the situation. The front desk staff was also very helpful on the phone, but never followed through with the requests we made.

Location adjacent to M4 -good for connection to London but tube connection better than bus routes. High taxi fares in the locality because of this High taxi fares-charged £28 for 7 mile trip.
The staff were very good. Public areas ofthe hotel a bit tatty but the rooms excelent.
Good service and a decent room. Free wifi. Overall, I was there for 2 days before I left England so it served its purpose. Check in was supposed to be at 2 pm. I got there around 3:30 and still had to wait about 15 minutes before getting my key.
The staff were polite, helpful, and unobtrusive. Also they were well turned out. The evening meal could have been better, however the full breakfast was excellent

The staff in reception is really rough, especially some guy from indian or middle east, ask the staff to let me join the novotel club for 3 times, but he did not anything and lie to me.

The food at the restaurant was excellent - a fantastic meal.
This is boutique quality hotel with new amenities, at an amazingly low price. They do this, by offering small, but very nice, rooms with single beds. Its about a 10-12 min walk from the Hounslow East Metro station (4 stops from Heathrow), which isn't actually that bad. Fare is 1.5£, taxi is 20£ or so. (Turn right when you exit Hounslow East.)
Having a pillow is a great idea. It was set in a lovely location and everything was clean and new. It would have been good if plainer snacks were available in bar and restaurant and some staff were difficult to understand .
The swimming pool was fantastic Enjoyed the fact two tv's. Nice to have the childrens area sectioned off from the adults. It would have been nice to have had a sofa in the room instead of a chair. Also toiletries would have help (Shampoo, Conditioner etc. No hot water in the morning.
Very helpful and friendly staff, didn't had a fridge in the room to store my baby food but staff helped to keep them in the concierge fridge and delivered bottles as per requested. Comfy, clean and spacious room size and bathroom. Great place for the family to spend the weekend. Would definitely go back again

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff efficient and friendly and the whole safari theme was wonderful. The outside decking and rooms overlooking the safari park were terrific. The pool and spa were lovely and our room was stunning. We will be back again. The breakfast was fabulous but very expensive

We have stayed in hotels allover the world and have never found staff so friendly, courteous and helpful. It was an absolute joy and we will return Not enough Coffee in the room!
The view of the zebras and antelope, and a section of the zoo opening to guests early evening. A real treat. This hotel is good to stay in as a one off. The food was very pricey, I paid for a continental breakfast £12 for a bowl of cereal and a slice of toast.
Nice themed hotel ideal for trips to chessington. Super friendly staff try hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. THere were also lots of little safari extras. Overpriced food in the restaurant.
Brand new hotel, only open three days when we arrived. No problem with late arrival. Good english and buffet breakfast. Right on site at Chessington World of Adventures. A great place to spend the weekend and I would imagine a great weekday hotel for business visitors to the area. Night team still learning and had to deal with influx of late arrivals. Found someones laptop in our room which was a little worrying at the time but its new and these things happen. Would stay there again.

Grounds and location Checkout was slow on the Saturday morning with only 1 receptionist on duty and queues were forming; Also the Duty manager walked past twice and did not recognise there was a problem with people queueing

The room was clean and spacious. Check in staff was unwelcoming. Almost was given a smoking room until I complained. Breakfast was expensive and did not live up to the price. The location is far away from the airport and suited to business travelers. Will not book a room at this hotel again.
Plenty of facilities; restaurants, gym, spa and shop. However we chose the hotel for its locationa nd the shuttle service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Thought the internet was poorly priced, i.e. too expensive.
Clezan, mostly quite quiet, ideally located for Heathrow / m25 For the second time in succession it took nearly an hour to check in as the Active Hotels Booking had not been received by the hotel. Required phonce calls to Active Hotels to resolve. Not what you need at 7pm at night after a long flight etc etc.
Very nice hotel, and served my purpose well as an overnight stay to be close to Heathrow for an early morning flight back to the States.Nice and quiet, even though it is so close to Heathrow. Don't know who's fault, but when I arrived, hotel had no record of my reservation. a little scarey, as I was being dropped off by my parents, after a 5 hour drive from South Wales, before my flight the next day, back to the us. After probably 15 minutes,the receptionist made a new reservation,and all was well. The other thing that was not good, was that I did not get my 6am wake up call, which could've made for a bad situation, as I was catching a plane! Also, it was not easy to get to off the M4...got lost and ended up on the m25!!
Hotel staff generally good. Room ok, but sink drain a bit slow! Hotel could not find my booking on the system at all - I.E. no record of the Active Hotels booking. So check-in took nearly 20 minutes whilst we sorted out a new booking.
Early check in after a long haul flight was not possible

We felt comfortable, valued as guests and the service and facilities were very good. In the main restaurant, on my birthday I was brought a special plate with champagne, which was a lovely touch. The information in our room said the main restaurant was shut on Sundays so we went to a place called the brasserie, whose sign said they were open until 8pm on that night, Unfortunately they said they were closing early at 7pm (it was 6.45) as they were short staffed and the said the main restaurant was in fact open, but fully booked. They did actually serve us in the end as we just wanted a quick light meal, so all was well, if a little annoying and confusing.
Excellent restaurant. Have used other facilities here in the past but not this trip. Mostly a golf/tennis country club, so busy every day with members It was busy with meetings when we were there and we booked late, so we were in one of the older accommodation units that are getting a bit tired. The newer units are nicer, the old ones need refreshing

Wonderful location. Reasonable range of meals at the Bar XIX and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and excellent breakfast. The underfloor heating takes hours to react when you turn it up or down. Whole TV service crashed during the evening and didn't get fixed by the next morning.
Very quiet and room was comfortable whilst being very close to the motorway network and Heathrow. The room very very warm despite windows being left open, also along way from breakfast restaurant.

Relaxed surroundings The hotel claims, in the facilities information, to have a business centre that provides the use of a computer and suggests that guests do not bring their laptop but they do not have this facility.
The location was ideal for our needs, being 5 mins from our destination. We were very pleased wiith the staff and our room, and realise that being in the centre of a large town makes parking difficult, but the reason for booking the room was because we required an overnight stay and felt that £15 was excessive (we in fact parked next door but have never before had to pay extra for parking) and £16 each was over the top for breakfast (usually inclluded where we've stayed, or at most £10). We are pensioners and were attending a funeral and much as we would have liked to have parked with you and had breakfast before departing, we really couldn't afford it.

The bed was very comfortable and the room in general was very spacious. Staff were courteous and professional and the choice at breakfast was impressive. The corridors are a bit like a 'rabbit warren' and difficult to locate room.Television required better instructions on simply being able to watch basic channels (button 1 didn't give you BBC1 etc).

The location, the services. And we really like the casual coziness of the Barhemia lounge and cafe. We always enjoy relaxing there, watching tv with food and drinks.

Overnight stay at Heathrow, prior ot flight
Convenient to airport. Shuttle bus is GBP 8 per person. If 2 people that's GBP 16. Taxi is GBP 18 - go by taxi! Hotel has a pretty good restaurant. Room upgrade is not worth it - rooms are the same as regular (having stayed before in many rooms here). Good gym and pool. Only 1 computer station in the exec lounge. Should have at least 2. Lots of times had to wait >30 minutes.
The Execuitve Lounge was very small and uncomfortable and certainly not worth paying for an upgrade to get use of it.
Family room was offered hence we could stay in the one room as a family. Price of the restaurant

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is out of the way but castle can be easly reached by car. We like to walk so walked to castle which took about two hours.Breakfast was nice.
