Colorado Springs Luxury Car Rentals

Pros: Pickup at COS was easy for FastBreak members. Bypassed the line, picked up the keys in 30 seconds. The Mazda CX-9 was larger than what we had reserved, which came in very handy. The car was clean and in very good condition. Drop off at COS was super easy--a courteous attendant took the info and within a couple minutes we were inside the terminal.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will only use budget in the future!!

Pros: There was no big deal about using a debit card instead of a credit card; there was no $200 charge above the rental to use said card. The service was friendly and the return was unbelievably quick. (The employee was at the car before we even opened the car door.)

Pros: The drop off was great and Noah was very helpful,but the original enterprise dealer called two hours before pickup to let us know they had no car for us . This cause great concern considering we needed the car for a memorial service for a decrease relative.

Pros: We thought we were renting from the airport location. My mistake, so we took Uber over to the correct place. We were supposed to have a mid-size SUV but when we got there, there was only a Camry and a compact SUV (Ford Escape, I think). We had 5 adults and luggage for skiing, so these were not an option. The staff there was very accommodating and did find a van that was finishing up a repair at a body shop. One of the employees took us to get food during the 45 minutes or so that we waited, so that was nice. I'm not sure the tires on the van were Colorado traction legal. We were traveling from Colorado Springs to Breckenridge. I saw a digital highway sign that Traction Law was in effect, but was not sure what that meant until someone explained later. Made it over the pass near Alma Ok but later that night had to get a push in Breck. Since the law was in effect , the van was required to be 4WD (which it wasn't) or have snow tires, which I don't think it did.

Pros: Pick up and drop off was fast and easy. I was asked if I needed a ride which was greatly appreciated. I didn't need one this time but I might in the future.

Pros: I accidentally booked for the wrong day, but the pickup staff was entirely gracious and friendly. They got me a car a day earlier than I had mistakenly scheduled and had me out the door on time.

Pros: The staff at Colorado Springs airport was friendly and efficient as well as the customer service representative I spoke with about my extra charges and despite the fact that he couldn't eradicate the excessive charges he was kind and sincere.

Pros: The staff in Colorado Springs and in Wilmington were very friendly and efficient. The Toyota Sequoia was very, very comfortable which made the trip enjoyable.

Pros: Everything was good except that the car shook on the highway. When I tried to exchange it there were no other similar cars available. No one offered to upgrade me. However they did offer a discount of $35 when I returned the car.
