This hotel is not family friendly at all. We arrived very late, and there were people moving all around. The hotel is located near a trailer park facility with an open gate to the hotel and people were moving back and forth. It felt very unsafe.
Close to the infantry meusium and infantry training Not clean and dangerous to be in the place. The place was dirty and everything smelled bad and there was stains everywhere
Friendly staff and very clean Nothing
Room hadn't been properly cleaned, dirty towel behind the door. Door did not close without being slammed. Note to self, never a Columbus Inn again.
Rooms were clean. Staff was great. WiFi was almost non existing. Had to go to front desk and get a individual code for the wifi. Even after going through all the right steps to use the wifi, we still couldn't use it. So for us, the wifi never worked. Continental breakfast was a big let down. Had to use the room key to access the dining area. The orange juice dispenser only had water coming out. No protein was available. Only fruit loop cereal, raisin bran cereal, and thawed out frozen waffles.
Price Too much goin on outside the room
Close to Ft. Benning... That's all that is good about this place. This place was a dump. Stayed one night, heard arguments outside my door all night. Loud music, shady characters, unfriendly and worthless staff. Wi-Fi did NOT work at all, asked the desk clerk of she knew how to reset it... NO clue. Afraid to step into bathroom, it's disgusting. 17 year old kid asked me to show the front desk my ID and they would give him and a girl a room for the night. If I had my firearm with me, I'd feel a tad bit safer.
The bugs everywhere
