Pros (+) Parking was easy for me. I have a handicap placard, and was on-site; less than $7/ night. Ali, who was working the front desk, was EXCEPTIONAL! I couldn’t have asked for someone kinder or more competent. I was on the first floor and had a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool.
Cons (-) I was told that the thermostats to the air conditioning, in all rooms, would not go lower than 68 degrees without shorting out the system. So the coldest my room got in 3 days was 69. Unacceptable.

Pros (+) The cafe open for breakfast was unusually good for a hotel - good Starbucks coffee, great food (fritatta with arugula and avocado was the best) and the staff super friendly and helpful.

Cons (-) The room was small with very few amenities. The tub would fill with water while showering. This was an issue that was reported to the front desk. Their response was "we will let someone know". Therefore my family had to shower in ankle deep water each time we showered. Also, the towel bar over the sink was not attached well and kept falling off.
