We were in an assisted room and it was awful. The bed was in need of a new mattress and the bathroom was in need of a reno. Did not want to use the shower. We went to the front desk and asked if we could be moved due to the room. The front desk girl was so nice and moved us right away. Could not have asked for better customer service.

Cons (-) Toilet over flowed. Had to go and get plunger from front desk and take care of this myself. Then needed cleaning products to clean floor. Was given febreeze to clean with. I am an RN and said I needed a bleach product. She went in a closet and gave me an orange degreaser and another product in an unlabeled bottle; that did not smell like bleach or antiviral cleaner? I feel she was doing the best s...

Pros (+) Cleanl, comfortable rooms. Amazing staff! Front desk crew and valet crew deserve raises.
Cons (-) Lack of parking, but valet crew did a great job.

Cons (-) Valet was the only parking option. Valet parking was $26 per night and very slow. They seemed understaffed.
