Pros (+) The breakfast was well stocked and included a good assortment of items.
Cons (-) The front desk person at check in was abrasive. The room air conditioner was very loud. The carpet had a couple of very large stains. Overall, the hotel seems poorly maintained and in need of a thorough cleaning.

Cons (-) I was in single bed room and you can't have your leg touch to toilet to close the bathroom door. It is that small. No got water consistency. Bathroom lock didn't work. Night shift clerk saw me figure out how to open the lobby door but didn't bother to get up our signal at least. He preferred to stay on the phone. I won't recommend Hyatt in Dallas area.

Cons (-) NO help offered to a disable member of the party by staff. Had to drag them to help. Expecting one person to push the wheelchair and luggage by themselves, with no empathy or a offer to help is unacceptable level of service. Never before i was in this situation before hence didn't sense that lack of emptahy staff before.

Pros (+) Nice & clean room Convenient location to expressway and to downtown
Cons (-) Room had a musty smell Cramped bathroom - door almost butts up against toilet Elevator button wasn’t working - had tape for 1st floor instead of actual button Breakfast was a cluster - crazy line to get food and running out of plates and juice

Pros (+) I loved how large our room was it was like a living room area and then the bedroom. Large couch bed for my children. With king sized bed for adults! Water pressure in shower was great and had enough hot water for all 4 people. Slept great in bed it was very comfortable!
Cons (-) There wasn’t a plug for phone beside one side of the bed and we had to turn ac up to 80 because it was super cold they had it on 63 when we came in. Other than that it was great’

Pros (+) The room was clean and priced well. The staff was friendly and helpful. THe breakfast was delcicious also!
Cons (-) No bath tub and the tv was having connection issues.

Pros (+) It was an expedi value so I got what I thought was a good price.
Cons (-) Floors and bathroom were dirty. Reception didn't tell me anything about the amenities etc. over all it was blah and I wouldn't go there or recommend it.

Pros (+) Front desk, food and beverage staff was extremely accommoadting throughout my staff they were both friendly and professional Also, the morning food service was above average compared to your competition. That's one important thing to keep customers coming back! Nice job!
