Michael, Jun 2023 - Hilton Anatole
Greatest hotel to stay in Dallas near the city with a waterpark and everything for kids and several restaurants inside the hotel. It's a big hotel with plenty of amenities for the family. For me personally, I spent the days working in Dallas while my wife and son enjoyed the waterpark and pool. If you're not going to stay at the full-on indoor waterpark hotel, this is the best place to stay while ...

Poor
Neil, Feb 2022 - Hilton Anatole
Place is old, outdated, and generally awkward. Staff made mistakes in getting us our room which meant walking back and forth across the huge complex several times - with bags. Paid $300+ a night for poor accommodations which is terrible value. Door to bathroom hit toilet. Things were dirty. Lights didn’t work. No water or mini-bar. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Okay
Jennifer, May 2018 - Hilton Dallas/Park Cities
Pros (+) Fella like a boutique hotel, decent sized rooms, nice lobby
Cons (-) Rooms looked tired. Rooms need an upgrade plus bathrooms need updating. The valet is a nightmare. I have stayed here at least 10 times and the valet is always backed up. They are doing something wrong and need to figure it out. They now have a way for you to text them your car tag number when you want it brought up. Seems to help but still had times where I would show up and the car would not be t...

Cons (-) Part of the room needed to be repainted and it looked like someone had plastered liquid all over one of the walls.

Okay
Chad, Oct 2016 - Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre by the Galleria
Pros (+) The room itself was nice and we did get an upgrade to a suite.
Cons (-) The room wasn't totally clean. Dried soda on counter in kitchenette when we arrived-maids didn't even clean it when I left a note! Dried silly string in pictures and ceiling. Broken furniture. Disappointing. None of the staff smiles or even seems to welcome you at all. Plus--had to pay $17/night for parking garage across the street.

Pros (+) The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. It was very easy to check in and out. The parking was very easy, and I was able to park close to the entrance.
Cons (-) The parking was very expensive. Normally I pay nothing to park at other hotels, but I have paid up to $15 for parking a day. ($3 Anatole was $22 a day and the parking lot was almost empty.
