Literally everything could’ve been better, no bugs or a moldy ceiling would be a great start though. The sewage leaks in the parking garage would be another and the stains on the old bedding would be next.

The location was great! We were between 20 and 30 minutes away from all of the attractions we visited. Also, the parking was very reasonable; there is a garage located on the Atrium level. Definitely a great all-around deal! I would book through Kayak again!

Pros (+) Checking in was great! Embassy Suite rooms are always roomy and perfect for families.
Cons (-) The pool was dirty...had hair floating all in it and was discolored. A hotel employee swiped his key and just opened our door randomly. He apologized but it felt unsafe and unexpected. It was st 8 pm and he didn’t really offer a good reason for just opening our door for no apparent reason. I could only imagine how bad this could have gone if I had teenage girls in the room or if I was changing clo...

Pros (+) Breakfast was great when visited early (first two hours) Managers reception (5:30-7:30) is a great perk for drinks and snacks!
Cons (-) Elevator broke with guests inside. Engineering couldn’t fix the lift so the guest called the Dallas Fire Dept herself. Banquet Manger booked a party until 11:30pm that allowed loud music to be played until the end of booking (music was heard all throughout the facility until 11:30pm, sleep was impossible.) the vending machine on floor 3 accepted money but would not dispense products, ice machine o...

Pros (+) My husband and I stayed 1 night. There is renovations going on but didn't notice any noises or contractors. Just some caution comes st the entrance. The room was very nice and clean. room service was good and the food was tasty. Friendly staff for the most part. Bed was a nice comfy king size. We weren't sure if it was a remodeled room or not, it was overall a nice stay.
Cons (-) The toilet was a annoying, it took 6 flushes to flush tissue from blowing my nose. Must have been a low flow toilet. The staff were nice except they were prejudice against me getting the reservation through a 3rd party. They made several comments about it when we checked in and when we were checking out.

Gentaro, May 2016 - Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Market Center
Pros (+) The staff was great. Free breakfast. Nice location. Clean. It must be really nice hotel in 1990. Landry room. restaurant and bar is nice on the bottom floor. Nice design for this building. (open space in the middle)
Cons (-) The room we stayed at which was 632 was falling apart. The shower was old and dirty even though they used white paint to cover it up. The mirror was not straight and was about to fall down. Phone was not working unless I fix the phone cable in the back. The outlet by the table was not screwed in, so the whole box came out before I unplug something in there. The TV stand shelf by the entrance door ...
