Hotel treated me, high ranking bonvoy person, poorly. I did not get a upgrade even when I tried to use my suite rewards. I was even told I was staying to long to be given an upgrade. Then the M club closes all weekend, when I thinknit is needed most. Breakfast was just a poor choice. Cold sausage! Now my room, I got, was nice and comfortable, except for shower door coming off and took 2 times repo...

Most staff were trainees. Although pleasant and professional , they had trouble with basic booking and room requests.

Cons (-) The hotel felt cheap and was dirty. There was hair around the sink in the bathroom and stains on the curtains.

Pros (+) New furnished rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Executive lounge was fantastic if you have access. Great breakfast and dinner options.
Cons (-) Alarm clock seemed to make a faint hard-drive spinning sound all through the night and was disturbing.

Cons (-) We liked it overall. Just had a few rough patches at the beginning when they had problems finding our resevation and then when she asked if we wanted double beds then gave us keys to a single bed.

Pros (+) The room was fantastic, and everything was clean. The hotel employees were nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. Also I’ve seen the complaints of being charged for parking. We were not charged once and the gates were always up. Hopefully that’s a permanent thing. There’s nothing worse than a hotel that charges for parking.
