Pros (+) Had excellent service checking in. He was friendly and efficient. Got to our room and it was clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent! Had a wonderful nights sleep!
Cons (-) The room was a bit stuffy. Tried lowering the heat, but it stayed at 77 degrees. Didn’t want to turn on the a/c since it was 40 degrees outside. And the bathroom door was a bit inconvenient.

Pros (+) The price was okay and location. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) There were two dead beetles on the floor, as well as wrappers, crumbs, and a bandaid. The staff wasn't very happy to check us in - acted like it was very inconvenient and mumbled about it unhappily. The bathtub had red stains that looked like blood or rust.

Pros (+) Room was spacious. Water ran hot.
Cons (-) Washroom was sooooo cramped. The door was in your face the whole time you were in there. Breakfast was limited.

Cons (-) They staff was rude and not helpful. They charged my card for more than they were suppose too. It was a horrible experience all around from check in to check out. Which at check out she went to check the room to make sure we didn't "smoke" before they would refund the 100 deposit...I wouldn't have a problem with them checking if they would have just said hey I need to check it instead of walking a...

Pros (+) We were very pleased with the help from the front desk staff. We were in Dallas without a car, and they helped us find our way on foot, via public transportation, and by taxi.
