The staff were friendly when I arrived in the evening they had cookies out on the front desk which was really nice. The elevator is by the pool so I could peek in and get a view. The pool isn't huge but its a good size. The hotel and room looked just like the pictures it was very nice and modern. I stayed in a king bed standard and it was very nice and spacious. The bed was soooo comfortable and there was a heater ac unit by the bed which guest could adjust themselves which was nice too. The only thing I can think of was my room was located right by the elevator so I could occasionally hear guest but it didn't really bother me too much.
This is my second time staying in the area. The first time, I stayed at a different hotel and was completely disappointed with the thin walls and being able to hear my neighbors in their rooms. Not the case with La Quinta! Even in a pet friendly hotel, it was surprisingly quiet. At one point, there was even a live band practicing in the room next door and I had to mute the TV just to be sure I was actually hearing music from somewhere else it was that quiet in the room. I have already recommended this hotel to others and will stay here again! The dining area for breakfast gets quite crowded, so it's difficult to get food... but it's crowded for a reason as a popular hotel with so many guests. I would just like to be able to get my food and go back to my room without having to navigate through such a large crowd. The AC/heater vents could not be directed elsewhere so any time you walked at the foot of the bed, you were blasted by cold air. I made sure my clothes were not in the drawers after experiencing it after a shower.
Very comfortable beds. Perhaps the breakfast serving area could be larger.
Very helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Nice room. Premises were quiet and well kept. Room very clean, but a stain in the corner of the shower looked like mold.
The staff was very welcoming and the amenities from the hot tub and pool and the free cookies and broccoli and cheddar soup were delicious.
The hotel staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable, almost better than home!
Hotel is nice and clean, stuff really helpfull and friendly. n/a
For the price, everything is good. Staffs are very helpful and nice. The shuttle service is really good. We arrived quite late after 11:50pm, but after a call, the shuttle was still coming to pick us. Really appreciate. Breakfast is good, they even managed to have some changes day to day... Satisfied... Don't see...
Heated room with indoor pool and hot tub was great !
Spacious rooms, free wifi, decent-sized swimming pool, gym not bad for a hotel. Near some shops and places to eat. Fine overall but sullen unfriendly guy on reception. A bit far from anything of interest but with a car it's ok.
stayed two nights at the hotel for my 21st and Valentine's Day. the hotel is right in downtown providence. easy to walk to places. also enjoyed that the hotel was connected to the providence place mall. my boyfriend and I stayed in a premier room so we had beautiful views of downtown. We paid extra to get a corner room which we thought would have been bigger than it was. The room next to us had a young child who spent the night screaming from 4am-noon, so we didn't get much sleep the first night. Wifi was expensive as well as parking. Also from our room you could hear the elevator every time it came up and down past our floor which was annoying at times. we purchased a movie one night to watch and the movie skipped. the front desk did not charge us for it, but you would think for paying $18 for a movie that the quality would have been better
The room and view were wonderful. Large bathroom, comfortable bed, and overall very clean. The hotel is connected to Providence Place, which makes it easy to do a little shopping if you would like to. At first I felt the valet parking was a little expensive at $28 a night, but it really is worth it. Obviously free parking would be ideal, but self parking is almost as expensive and doesn't give you the flexibility to come and go. The indoor pool is worthless. It is quite small and entirely overrun with noisy kids. We walked in and turned around immediately. The elevator was very frustrating. It requires key cards to select any floor that isn't the ground level. That wouldn't be a problem if the card reader worked flawlessly, but it didn't. It also did not stay on the current floor, while we selected where we wanted to go. This means, that although we were going up, the elevator would move to another floor before we could make our selection. People would get on going in the opposite direction, which was very annoying.
Beds were extremely comfortable Breakfast in room was too expensive
We loved the location and consistency in Omni hotels. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very nice restaurants and close to mall with high end stores which I loved. Comfy beds and my 2 kids under 2 loved it as well. Only occasional chair in room needed to be changed or cleaned as stains on cream shows up unfortunately.
I liked how close the Hotel was to many fun bars and exciting things to see. I didn't like the staff, the hair that was all over my room and not having any food available 24hr.
The hotel is right next to downtown and connected to the mall and convention center. The Internet was too expensive and parking was a bit pricey as well.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Pool area was fun and we enjoyed the hot tub. I felt a little nickel and dimed: the parking was expensive and there weren't other options in the area. It added a lot of cost to what seemed to be, initially, a great deal.
It's clean and was a large room. We checked in at 11 pm after a long drive excited to get to bed. We were kept up for hours when what sounded like a trash compactor was on all night. It was SO LOUD and we live in a city so we are used to noise. I just can't believe they put us in that room and that they charge people money to stay in a room that is next to some sort of loud machine.
This hotel is in the heart of downtown Providence and it's connected to the Providence Place Mall as well as the Dunkin Donuts Convention Center. Self parking is $18 per day and valet parking is $28 per day. Valet has come and go priveleges whereas self parking does not. WiFi is also pricey if you would like a decent connection. It came in at $15 per day.
The hot tub didn't work :-(
Great location. Easy walking to many attractions.
Actually booked the room from my iPhone while driving up 95, a half hour before arrival. Great deal through Kayak. Although it was very late, the staff were pleasant and polite. The room was perfect for my high school senior son and myself.
Room was huge (stayed in junior suite alone), very clean, staff polite and attentive, especially house car/valet folks. Proximity to everything was perfect. I wish I could stayed more than one night!
The Biltmore Hotel is a reasonable place to consider for a visit to Providence. It is an older hotel with a historic background and there is a certain charm to staying at such a place in comparison to the typical chain. That said, one must make a few accommodations in this regard. Some things may strike one as dated be it the size of the bathroom, or the trim, or the non-self-closing door (which I actually liked). The skim coat in my shower was cracked..so what?. There is no pool. There is a full-service Starbucks adjoining the lobby. I grew up staying at older hotels with my grandmother. I find them charming. The place is clean and the staff are kind. The bed was very comfortable though rather high off the ground compared to most. The furnishings were contemporary and functioned well. I got a two room suite fit for a CEO for under $200 a night. I have no complaints.
Suite with 2 kings and living area good decor and comfort
Loved this hotel. We got a junior suite (for a great price). Had views of Brown/RISD, the Capitol, etc.
Location Empty vending machines Dirty Loose fixtures in bathroom
Attitudes of staff
Almost everything about the Biltmore is awesome. It's a beautiful hotel. It's got a ton of charm. The rooms are spectacular. The beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing. The location is central and perfect. It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in including various Four Seasons etc. I could wax lyrical for hours... but the net-net is that every time I'm in Providence, I'll be staying at the Biltmore. The quality of the room service breakfast was lacking. Poor food quality. No jam for the toast or syrup for the pancakes and the coffee was lame.
Central Providence. Five to ten minute walk to area colleges, civic center, numerous restaurants, boutique and mall shopping. All rooms recently and tastefully renovated. Starbucks on site. Excellent staff. Immediately surrounded by historic buildings. Peregrine falcons nest on nearby building (the "superman building"). Expensive ($28) valet parking. No overnight parking on any of city's streets.
The room was nicely appointed; the sheets were crisp and the bed was very comfortable. The set up for desk, WIFI, and lighting was comfortable and easy to use, which is a priority for me. I travel a great deal, and this room was an easy place to rest, collect thoughts, and get work done as required. The toiletries were a nice quality, which was much appreciated.
It has charm and a richness.
Nice place. Great location. Really small rooms. Do NOT get any of the rooms with a room number that ends in 29!!
Nice stay as usual Housekeeping interrupting us 3 times in the morning claiming they weren't notified by the desk about our late checkout for 1pm therefore interrupting our extra needed rest
close to airport No in room refrigerator or dresser, no continental breakfast
The lobby. Spending the night in Warwick at NYLO. Got dessert at the hotel restaurant..a "sweet and salty" It's French fries covered in caramel with ice cream, fudge and chocolate covered bacon. The bacon was a little undercooked and fatty which wasn't appetizing when covered in chocolate. Not for the unadventurous for sure, the menu was pretty good with some thoughtful touches, the staff very accommodating. The atmosphere a little too dimly lit for my taste, and the drinks a bit overpriced, but worth it for the experience. The decor is modern/industrial but falls a little short in some of the cheaper fixtures that just don't go, i.e. faux coral chandeliers and bar stools that look like leftovers from an American Legion. They could have done better in that regard. I'm thinking I won't waste my money next time my husband and I plan a night away. The sheets and towels are rough, the bed so-so. The pillows are abnormally small (think slightly larger than an airline pillow). Paint was chipping in the shower and the bathroom itself reminded me more of a murder room out of SAW than a luxury hotel. The shower, while large, with a rainfall shower head with great pressure, went from arctic cold to scalding with very little wiggle room in between. Again, the modern fixtures and furniture aren't much better than ikea quality and the aesthetics are nice from a distance but not for what we paid to stay. The lobby was fun with retro books and suspended egg chairs. Also the hotel itself is unusually cold and I am always hot so that's saying a lot. Bummer.
Location. Only. Enormous Power Outage. Since it was an unforeseeable weather catastrophe, depleting power to the majority of city, the hotel can not be blamed for this. But...what they can be blamed for, having NO emergency lights, a violation of state law, in hallways that actually functioned when power went out. Enormous safety and fire hazard. Not to mention, NO A/C, NO Hot water, NO clean water. Nothing. Brown, dirty water came out of faucet. What's worse is that we were forced to check out, as the 99% of the hotel guests did, and they pretended like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to check out without a penalty, but still charging us for the first check-in date, despite 5+ hours of no electricity, no safety, no A/C, no clean-warm water. We asked if they wanted us to be a future, loyal customer to NYLO, they refused to say, and said they were still charging us for 1st nights stay despite half the day with no power, no reimbursement, no warm water, no clean water, using flashlights to move out our luggage and having to carry luggage down flights of stairs as no elevators had power, despite a physical disability. We would never suggest or even think of staying at another NYLO chain with the lack of any compassion toward customer's satisfaction. Spent the next 8 hours in search of a new hotel. What a terrific stay, NOT. Good luck with future guests.
I loved the rooms.
The entire place was very clean and smelled clean. The staff was friendly. The decor at the hotel was very interesting and different from any other hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The back of the hotel was pretty facilities get the river and at night the lights added a nice affect. The hotel was centrally located in RI and made it easy to get places. I was disappointed with the restaurant. There was not a lot of diversity on the menu and the prices were expensive. Also there was a wedding there on evening and it closed off the restaurant/ bar inside and outside to the guests staying at the hotel.
I loved everything about this hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The loft concept is unique and captivating first impression. The bathroom shower was not clean, dirt and grime were caked into the shower curtain. The walls and corners of the shower were dirty as well. Air in the room felt to congested, concrete floors were nice for the industrial feel but not comfortable to walk on. Apart from cleanliness of bathroom and the delay for drinks to arrive at our table for dinner, the hotel was worth the stay
I enjoyed the style and atmosphere of the hotel. We arrived close to 2am, and were greeted with a warm welcome and assisted with any needs we had, in a timely manner, by Julie who was doing everything herself - and beyond excellent job at that. The bar staff was friendly, made us feel at home. Arriving in the middle of the night, Julie was alone at the front desk, as well as providing us with any needs we had, such as, bringing us more pillows. As a female, I do not think it is safe for a female to be at a facility on her own. Also, the following morning we were never greeted or welcomed by the front desk employees. They were talking with one another instead of acknowledging their staff.
Everything was good - nice rooms - nice bar - lovely view - nice staff
Not much. Decor interesting Location not great. Rooms not comfortable, very little space to put clothing, poor lighting. Restaurant food not very good, wait very long.
The bathroom wall is translucent and doesn't go completely up to the ceiling. If one goes to the batroom at night the light shining through and over the wall disturbs the partner. Also, the wall having a space at the top allows bathroom sounds and aromas to enter the rest of the room. If one prefers privacy, this is not the place.
Hotel was beautiful, rooms very clean and staff very helpful
The hotel delivered as expected. Rooms were up to date. The shower was a bit tricky to use. Cost of parking $26 was a bit high
The staff was friendly. The rooms are smaller which is fine. Lack of coffee maker Small ironing board No closet
Enjoyed the bars downstairs at the hotel. The staff was pretty pretentious.
Everything about the Dean felt like it had been planned out very meticulously. The lighting, amazing linens, and custom soaps and shower gels were all perfect. We kept discovering great "little" gems throught our whole stay!
The coffee shop has excellent expresso, delicious! The elevator is an old fashioned "lift". Young people running the reception have wonderful, polite personalities! WiFi works well. Rooms have wood floors, nice decor, very clean ! I do like the hotel, and sincerely enjoyed my stay. I actually extended it two additional days! You wouldn't bring young children, I say, because of the lift.
On a college tour with my 17 year old daughter and she fell in love with Providence mainly because of the experience we had at and around the Dean. Great service; everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms and public spaces were eclectic but comfortable. Highly recommend it.
comfortable beds great view of capital overpriced!
The lobby transports you to New York with its style and layout. The rooms are well appointed and have great views of New England vistas. I visit Providence three time a year, How have I never stayed here before? Bathroom was a bit dark, but not a deal breaker.
I loved the quick check-in process, the hospitality of the staff, and the cleanliness of the room. The beds are the old coil spring type, and my back gave me some trouble the next morning.
Charming boutique hotel. First-rate front desk staff—friendly and helpful. Ideal location on a quiet side street but close to downtown's shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Brown and RISD campuses
It was a beautiful hotel with pleasant, helpful staff. The room was elegant and had everything we needed. It was centrally located. Near both great restaurants and the Providence Performing Arts Center where we caught a show. The front desk staff was a little slow when checking out. Other than that . . .it was all great.
We booked this hotel because we were in town for one night, visiting the Waterfire festival. The location was great, close walking distance to the festival, downtown shopping, and restaurants. The hotel staff/policies were incredibly unhelpful. We were informed when we checked in that if we had called and asked for the military/ government rate we would of paid less than 50% of what we were charged. Of course, there was nothing they could do about it now. What they didn't tell us at check in was that the deluxe king room we had reserved and paid twice what we should of for, was unavailable. They happily checked us in and sent us up to what I can only assume is the worst room in this 4 star hotel. The glass shelf in the bathroom was broken, there was a large stain on the carpet, the door was so crooked on the hinges there were cracks you could easily see through at the top and bottom. But worst of all, it was a QUEEN sized bed, not KING. Shouldn't be the end of the world, but paying double what we were supposed to and then not even getting what we payed for- not really okay. Assuming they gave us the wrong room unintentionally, we gathered our things and went back to check in, where we were told that A: they can't change our room because the hotel is completely booked. B: it was in the fine print of "whatever website" we booked on that the room wasn't guaranteed. C: there was no offer of a rate reduction or other forms of compensation. Well, after reading all the terms and conditions of the website, and finding nothing mentioning the room not being guaranteed, we called the website, who did everything in their power to help, but we ended up cancelling the hotel reservation (through the website, not the hotel) for a full refund. No complaints about the website, they even went so far as to call all the other 4 star hotels in the area trying to get us a transfer. The hotel on the other hand, is a buisness I hope never to meet again.
We loved everything. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and ideally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough. I will definitely stay here again. Everything was ideal.
The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very unorganized and were very easy to get confused. The valet parking was a joke.
Quiet street in noisy city Great staff Decor Stability ball in gym was deflated, so minor.
The staff were great, not only attentive but cheerful and genuinely friendly, enjoyed chatting with us. Only a few blocks to walks along the river. Nice big room, really soft bed. We stopped here on the way home from Maine to Brooklyn, NY, and probably will again next year. The coffee.
This is a very attractive hotel. The people are very nice. The rooms are attractive with comfortable beds. There is a bar downstairs with excellent music and no cover. The food at breakfast was excellent. The booking never got through to the front desk, but they honored the price on my confirmation email.
Excellent location. Helpful, friendly staff. Great room. We had a wonderful time.
The location of the hotel was great with lots of bars, restaurants and event locals close by. Hotel was a bit below its normal price point in my opinion. Our suite was very nice but the shower sucked. I'm glad that we got a promotional/discount rate.
very clean, nice and efficient! Thanks!
Clean well appointed room. Nice bathroom. K cup coffee and tea. Great location. Good staff and valley. Some minor street noise on the alley side
Arrived late at night at airport (next to hotel) and left early in the mornning. Slept.
No fridge. Way too close to airport
good location, good size room, the sink outside of the bathroom, comfortable bed, clean, lounge in hotel.
I liked the location and easy access to highway and shopping. Also close to airpot and NEIT The only thing I did not like and its not a deal breaker, but my guest and I never had 2 wash cloths, always had to ask for another one.
I think it was a great value for the money. It is close enough to main attractions (Providence, beaches, Zoo), it provides complementary breakfast, very clean, great staff. The room was very confortable. I was surprised by a call to the room about 5 minutes after walking in, asking if I found everything fine.
close to the airport, airport shuttle wifi not working, strange smell in the bathroom
It's great for a few nights stay. Very comfortable beds. More food needs to be provided. Or a snack machine.
i liked everything
The professionalism of the reservation agent at the hotel. They did not have the reservation that I made in their system. So had I not called ahead of time to cancel, there would've been some awkwardness of having booked the room online only to not have it in the hotels system.
People were generally friendly, but a lack of either flexibility or authority with the front level staff was mildly upsetting. I booked two nights separately online. (I decided to add a night to the stay in advance of going). When I got to the hotel I mentioned this and they said it wouldn't be an issue. Just to check back in the next day. When I went to check back in at 8 AM, it was an issue. They wanted to move me because someone had already checked in online for my room? I had to spend half an hour and speak with 3 people to get it resolved. The woman at the front desk originally told me there was nothing they could do. It would have been nice if she had offered to check with someone rather than me having to ask to speak with a manager.
Perfect location for show @ DD Center, & walking distance to plenty of sights/restaraunts/bars/shopping. Daily parking rate of $25. Walked everywhere, so didn't use car for two days.
Very expensive for a very basic hotel.
The check in & concierge were efficient. Although whilst they foced on dining. I believe for me it would have been more advantageous to mention the trolley tour bus which shows you around the city as I was only there for one day & had travelled from Australia. By the time I read a brochure Sunday morning the tours didn't start till 11.00 when I was ready to leave.. Also my daughter Julie has called the hotel as they had debited our credit card almost $500 even though I paid cash Saturday. As at Yesterday this matter still had not been rectified. We had two rooms there, perhapsd as a good will gesture you could comp them a room in the future. Regards Kathleen Roberts Other thana the hotel breakfast lounge we couldn't find anyway else for breakfast.
Having made a reservation for two doubles in june for oct, we arrived to find there were none available. We were give a king and rollaway torture bed. We wetre told that rooms were given to walk-ins first come, first serve. Why do you take our phone # and credit card? Parking outrageously expensive with no options.
The great restaurant and security No
Staff were helpful Bathroom was very small and needed some renovation. Room was dark and could have used better lighting.
The location was perfect for the seminar we were taking the price was very high for what we received.
Comfort of the room & location to the conference facilities in the city On the final night, there was a disturbance (drunk young men) on our floor. Despite being informed at 2.30am - the staff/security did not deal with this issue until 5.30am. By this point, my night's sleep was beyond repair! We were not offered componsation for this - which was very disappoionting, as we paid a lot of money for this room, and only managed a few hours sleep.
Convenience and good service of the hotel staffs. Room cleanliness is good and comfortable. only free wifi at the hotel lobby.
I liked the price of the room and the fact that they did have a free breakfast available. Also, I like that the rooms were pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. That the hallways echo every step and voice. It was hard to focus on anything in my room as I could hear every door slamming, person talking or walking down the hall. It would be great if they had signs posted to hopefully deter this.
Nothing. Would not recommend Wasn't clean. Needs to be updated
Staff was helpful and told us everything we needed. Checkout took about 10 seconds. The building is nothing special but it was everything we needed for a quick stay. Room had a nice TV and a microwave/fridge. The carpets were slightly damp which was a little weird/gross. The floor in the bathroom was a little sticky.
Comparable room with plenty of space Got a room right next to elevator but that's no ones fault really
Good location. But is heavily used and needs recarpeting and facelifting.
v was not working and staff told me whan part comes in it will be fixed
Room was good, service was friendly and for a one night stay it satisfies all my needs.
Wonderful towels We're late sleepers. The breakfast was taken away before we could get to it.
The staff was helpful * The cost was economical * location from airport was a plus * continental breakfast was available * The elevator is really SLOW. I waited on the elevator, got tired of waiting and walked down to the lobby and still beat others who were waiting on the elevator. * Fitness center has limited equipment * breakfast was available but the quality of food/fruit was poor.
The staff were great and it was very clean. There was an incident while there and the cops were called, you could hear people screaming through the walls partying until about 4am with neighboring rooms banging on walls to shut them up, and the elevator feels extremely unsafe/slow/and makes a loud noise while you're in it.
Location was good close to I 95. Bed was comfortable, Nice over sized chair. Step inside, nope no way. The place needs an internal overhaul. The elevator stinks of Hydraulic fluid. There is an obvious leak in the pit. Scary too as you step onto it it drops an inch. They call that leveling. I call it a leaky seal down in the pit. No towels in my room, The light was out in the entry way. The phone did not work. I called the desk to ask for towels and in room phone was dead. I called the desk on my cell and No Answer. The housekeeper found the light was out the next day. No fridge in the room. Desk chair was losy and uncomfortable. The place is bare bones. The TV was an older flat screen and there was no HDMI so I could set up my chrome cast and watch netflix. My room was on the fourth floor the Gym was the next room down. I heard that door banging during my entire stay. Over and over. Hey maintenance ever hear of a door closer? Sheesh! I have go back in Oct. I will pass on LaQuinta Providence
Too little or not choices for breakfast
Spending the evening with my wife For the Crowne Plaza and the price ($300+ for the New Year's Eve platinum package), hors d'oeuvres should have consisted of caviar, salmon and meats rather than cheese, crackers and grapes. Salad was disappointing. Main course buffet was just average. No dessert other than mini pastries with coffee and tea. The band, Steve Smith & the Nakeds were their usual horrible selves, not entertaining and nearly impossible to dance to.
Proximity and shuttle service to airport. Shuttle service was limited and did not include service to shopping mall. Desk clerk argued with me about charges - he claimed I did not pay in advance which I did. He telephoned later to confirm that I had paid in advance and that he altered my final bill to reflect the correct charge.
Hotel very convenient to airport. If you arrive later at night, it is easier to call hotel to confirm the next shuttle. Was literally 3 minutes by shuttle to hotel. Good quiet hotel room, nice hotel, good breakfast.
Loved the bed it was extremely comfortable. Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating The bathroom was alittle small, once you got out the shower their was little room to move
It was a reasonably priced hotel that provided a nice, clean and comfortable room. I have celiac disease and would've preferred to have some yogurt at the continental breakfast. The fresh peaches were a nice touch (although I don't care for peaches). There were eggs - but they weren't appealing looking at all. Hardboiled would've been better.
The staff were really friendly, and our room was bigger than expected. The bed was also really comfortable. The heat was not on in the room when we got there, so we were freezing for the first two hours in our room...we kept our coats on while we took a nap. I also had an allergic reaction to something in the room, likely the detergent that the sheets are washed in. But that wasn't really in anyone's control. Overall we had a good stay!
Early breakfast, clean rooms, quiet, competent staff, airport shuttle
Convenience to the airport Breakfast wasn't bad. I had a hard-boiled egg and toast, a yogurt and piece of fruit. We didn't have much time or I might have made myself a waffle. Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. Perfect for needing a place close to the airport. You can hear the noise of the highway. My own fault for not complaining, but there were some extremely noisy guests on our floor, late at night and early in the morning. The front desk mentioned it when we checked out and asked if we had been disturbed.
The front desk agent who picked me up at the airport and with transportation information was enthusiastic and very helpful.
Friendly and helpful folks. Great value. Clean and enjoyable basics.
It was a good price, near Newport, RI. We didn't hear any noise from the airport.
It was a great place to stay for a quick over night stay while visiting Providence Waterfire. it was clean and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport.
We were picked up promptly after our late night arrival. Very friendly and cirterous staff. Perfect for our needs.
Staff terrific, rooms (on 3rd floor) newly renovated and spacious. Large comfy king-size bed, as well as couch, fridge, microwave, etc. Room clean. Mattress, pillows and bedding so comfortable. Were in town to visit family. Convenient location. Excellent price. Good breakfast options. Hot coffee and tea 24 hours. Highly recommend Upon walking in, lobby floor unfinished. Undergoing renovation. Understandably, rugs in elevators littered with construction debris (i.e., small sheetrock pieces and dust). Otherwise, excellent.
Great friendly staff. Many new renovations. Breakfast had good variety and all was fresh. We didn't know the pool was closed for renovations til we got there (upsetting to 3 11 year old girls) but we were offered shuttle service to a neighboring hotel for use of their pool.
Clean comfortable room. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi was a bit spotty. We were at the far end of the hall and the signal was a little weak.
Location with ride to airport which was right next door. Also gave a breakfast to go for our early departure. Breakfast was good. Card reader system was not working. There was not a frig or micro wave in the room.
shuttle available early morning for airport. driver helpful and courteous. Soccer tournament in town and although kids were polite, it was very noisy in the guest room hallway, up until 11 pm. no restaurant was disappointing and may cause me to choose another venue next time.
it is close to the airport, i have always found your chain to mean excellent service and facilities at a fair price.
The room we has wAs spacious and tr oocation was great. we ended up in a smoking room, which was not ideal for our allergies and the fact that we dont smoke, but we had no choice but to take it as it was the only room left when we got thereabd other hotels in the area were all booked up. The kayak website is very misleading, all of the features of the toom run together and it said smoking free.....but didnt show the rest, in the confirmation it then showed smoking free high speed internet. I likely wont use kayak agIain, it was horrible experience.
Friendly staff, convenient location, although it is right next to the airport we never heard a plane. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. breakfast we good too! No fridge in the rooms.
The hotel was in an excellent location and the room had a picture perfect view! The washer and dryer were both coin operated; however, a change machine was lacking. Replace the washer and dryer!
The hotel was a close walk to the mall and the park as well as a nice stroll to other local restaurants. We got a nice view of the city and the halls were quiet for sleeping in. It cost $26 a day to park in their parking lot. And my sister in law got a fold out couch for her to sleep on and the mattress had red-ish makeup all over it and it was very uncomfortable.
Friendly staff and great location. Near a train station that can get you to Boston. Parking garage had many open stalls making it convenient to park. Price to leave car overnight felt high. The vanity was crowded for two guests.
View was nice from the room, staff was very nice. Parking is not included. 20 to park per day, and 26 if you have to take your car out at any point that day.
Room and staff were excellent. No pool or hot tub and the fitness center is too small.
Gooo everithing Ok
Great staff, big rooms, clean A bit expensive to park car ($26 a night)

It is in a beautifully restored house with handsomely decorated rooms The hotel is next to a very busy Interstate.
Great Staff, facility, bedroom & dining!I'd like to come when the weather isn't so frigid to enjoy abit more in the area. Ouch....cold bathroom floor! (if they renovate, install a warm-tiles heat underlay mat).Possibly getting the 'handouts' they give when checking in, via my eMail before I arrive - so I've got a little insight before arrival? Still, a joy to attend!
Cleanliness, staff was wonderful (helpful, courteous, friendly) off-street parking, proximity to all attractions I couldn't stay longer

the upgraded large king room excellent breakfast in a beautiful dining room friendliness of all staff encountered cozy public reading room 'staffed' with homemade brownies may not have cared for a 'basement' room which is where we were originally booked, presumably because of the lower Priceline price? If Priceline gets the best price at the hotel, I want to know if it is for the room with least ambience.
Very friendly staff, and a nice laid back atmosphere at this historic inn.
Location very convenient, lots of character (much better than a plastic hotel), delicious hot breakfast, and very friendly staff. Water pressure in the bathroom was pretty poor.

The main room was very inviting and warm to walk into. There was no issues
We had a short overnight stay. We were treated well. We had shuttle service with a smile at 5 am. It was clean and quiet and lovely. Thanks.
Very clean and fashionable Great restaurant in the hotel. Nothing
I really like this Hotel, in fact we want to extend our stay, but both of us are working the same. The place is perfect, Highly recommended. Nothing.
The breakfast! I'd like breakfast included in. Hotel's price.
Our room was not ready. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for a room after we had arrived after the check in time. Then we were told the room we were supposed to have had maintenance issues and we were moved from a suite to a regular room. The shower curtain in our room was ripped away from many of the grommets on the pole. There was an event that night and some of the guests were very loud and belligerent returning to their rooms.
Beautiful suite room. One of our top 5 king suites
Eveything was clean and neat the way a hotel should be Don't have any dislikes
The service No pool
Our room was old with cracked painted, smelled horrible. One the plus side the towels and bedding were nice. I'd never stay here again or any Radisson based on this room it was just gross.
Comfortable Staff is helpful and laid back Willing to accommodate your needs without any issue Overall clean and quiet location. Didn't replace our towels the second day, just took the dirty ones so we did not have a floor mat for the bathroom when we came back. You can hear EVERYTHING at this hotel. Whirlpool jet bathtub jets needed to be cleaned. Dirty soap bubbles coming out of the jets. Needless to say we didn't get in. For the price, executive rooms could get some slippers or robes or something. Just food for thought.
Newly renovated. Quiet interior though it is one mile from the airport. Extremely convenient. Restaurants within walking distance. No place to hang the wet towels when we got out of the shower.
great hotel, wonderful town
staff as always at a school run property very welcoming and helpful and warm. room was clean and quiet staff brought requested fridge within 15 minutes room was very small and bathroom tiny.could use some maintainance as a bit shabby. we specifically booked for the sleep number beds but room did not have them. thermostat was defective. staff got it to work but only briefly
Staff was very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Overall, a standard middle of the road hotel chain. No continental breakfast. A drink and pastry was included from a small cafe in the lobby, but it was not a very substantial breakfast
I went to RI as a getaway trip for me and my wife. This was not a planed out trip we where going to "figure it out along the way". I asked the staff what there was to do in the area. They not only have me a detailed brake down of the local and touristy attractions one of the gentleman actually brought up maps to our room(whitch was beautiful btw) with locations and suggestions as to the order in whitch I should do the events taylored to my taste. Thanks to them our fly by the seat of our pants trip was full of exciting, romantic and relaxing activities. On one of our later nights we brought back desert to our room and I called the front desk to ask for plates and forks and was going to go pick them up. Instead they sent them up to our room and the person who delivered them wouldn't even accept a tip. This is a great hotel with great people who work there. I will suggest them to all. Nothing
