At check-in, the attendant wanted me to pay 35$ more for the room or give him 20$ cash. When I refused, he tried to deny me from getting a room. As soon as I said, I will call the booking site, he immediately gave me the keys.

Great location for our needs. Pool was cool and comfortable. Cold AC, which was important to us, as we were escaping super hot temps in our house!

Bathtub didn't drain properly in our room. Walls needed to be washed, some dark marks on them, including a handprint on the bathroom wall. Went to the front desk for towels for the pool as the signs indicated we should, none were available. Not a great value for the price.

Breakfast was great, and the complimentary toothbrush was great since I forgot mine

The staff was very personable and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. And the location was convenient to food, gas, and major highway.

Had to carry bag up a flight of stairs from outside. No elevator from outside.

Very nice & helpful staff.

The staff was incredibly helpful. We didn't have a fridge so they ha one brought to our room and even offered us a microwave if we wanted it. Overall incredibly nice and made for an excellent stay.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago for almost three months and the renovations are fantastic. The dog smell in the hallway near the South back door is gone with the new carpet. The BBQ area looks like it will be a great spot.

Carpets in hallways and room had funky smell. Wife's allergies were very severe. Did not stay the night due to her allergies. Days Inn refused to refund us, saying they did not find anything wrong with our room and it was not their fault.

A bit on the pricey side. Stairwell had an unpleasant smell.

Road noise on street side. Hot water shortage on first two mornings, corrected on third morning after I mentioned it to front desk.

Some staff seemed a bit unhappy. The breakfast lady kept talking to herself about people not doing things her way on the food counter.

Nothing! Rooms were dirty, moved twice and still the rooms were dirty. Sheets had blood stains tables weren't wiped, used paper toilets, garbage in ice bucket, beer can in garbage can, cleaning ladies do not clean and there supervisor does not care.

Dirty!!!! They told cleaning supervisor and she did not care! At restaraunt coffee cup had old coffee with milk stuck to bottom when i stired pieces of the old milk came out. Discusting never avain will i stay here. Treated different because i booked onli

The staff could not have been more accomodating - friendly, courteous and helpful. Excellent room service. Very good and comfortable accomodations.

Hallway smelled a little bit of weed. Room was clean but hair was left in the tub.

I got to the hotel with my partner an hour later we checked out because we couldn't deal with the filth. The room & hotel smelled horrible. The room sofa & rugg was dirty. The sheets had cigarette marks, etc. I filed a complain to try & get my money back.

I will never go back to this hotel nor recommend it. The staff was as horrible as the filth in the hotel. The bath tub was also clogged & when I complained no one tried to accomadate me. I'm still in the middle of trying to get a refund!

Location, the room was perfect for what I needed and clean, as well as a very friendly staff.

Hallways and stairways very drab and good use a good update/cleaning for stale smell.

The staff was great and facilities were clean and comfortable

Online advertisement made the hotel look like it had a great restaurant, but it was more like a fast food type environment with a small buffet type setup with very limited hours and no lunch served. This facility is geared more towards business functions and not family. My wife and I will definitely not be back here again for that very reason.

Hotel right on our route. Staff efficient and pleasant. Room clean and comfortable. Kids really liked the breakfast-- particularly the make-your-own pancake machine!

A/C unit cycled on and off loudly, waking me up. Didn't bother the kids though.

The front desk attendant was wonderful. She helped us with cab information and offered us toothpaste and deodorant as we had forgotten to pack ours. Excellent location to attend an event at the XL Center.

A little run down. Wallpaper peeling, dusty. However, I noticed they were in the middle of renovating the entire hotel so I assume these flaws will be gone soon.

Smell. The place appears run down.

The room had a smell--stale? smoke? musty? The fan comes on in the bathroom when you turn on the light--and it's loud. The hotel was hard to find; out of the way.

Do not stay here if you are on business and need wifi. As a frequent business traveller this was about as bad as it gets.

The hotel is located in a quiet section, with ample parking. The pull out couch's mattress was terribly lumpy and led to restless nights. Otherwise, the room, with kitchenette and king-sized bed was very nice. The breakfast monitors seemed to not do much. They did not take initiative in keeping food/drink restocked, waiting until patrons asked. At one point I asked for butter and the staff responded, 'Besides what is already there?' I needed to let him know that what was there was not butter, before he went to get some. I saw another gentleman ask for plastic spoons. The staff member said there weren't any. Once he walked away, the gentleman opened a bottom cabinet and found what he needed! I was glad to see that Homewood Suites doesn't rely only on styrofoam/paper/plastic. However, the ceramic mugs were up on a high shelf in the corner, away from the coffee, so they were neither readily available nor intuitively 'grabbable', because of their location. They rely on highly processed food products, where even the yoghurt they have selected to offer had artificial coloring and a high amount of sugar. In essence, set low expectations on the food front. I will give kudos for the fresh fruit! The front desk does not have enough newspapers to accommodate the number of guests in the hotel. They had run out by 9:00 am on a weekend. The restaurant across the street is excellent, with the best tiramisu I have have ever tasted.

Very central location. Economic for families not spending much time in the room.

Maintenance never serviced the room. They only came in and added new towels on the shelves but did not remove the dirty linen or make the beds. We had to phone the desk on several occasions to ask for garbage bags. Front lobby smells old.

Covered parking under the "E" Wing; staff recognition as a returning Marriott Platinum Elite member. Outdoor and indoor swimming pools.

While it is promoted as a full service Marriott Hotel, it does not meet that level of expectation. On weekends there are no Saturday or Sunday newspapers, even in the gift shop. Room air-conditioning in 3329 was not working below 72 degrees; the bed comforter was too heavy for summer usage. There are many places that need fixing up, such as repaving the outdoor parking areas, replacing broken treads on farewell stairs, and having the concierge lounge open and stocked on weekends.

the hotel needs more parking it is very crowded after 9 pm and not sure of its exact location . I also felt breakfast could of been provided

Pleasant staff - attentive!

Whirlpool would have been nice - something to pretty up the immediate pool area. But it was still OK.

The full kitchen was really handy. Had a pool.

It was not very clean. Cobwebs. Beds uncomfortable and sheets were itchy. The pool had way too much chlorine!
