The neighborhood is perfectly situated just West of Downtown, and close to all major highways, which allows you to get to the mountains and or the airport in a mere 30 minutes. There is a separate side gate entrance to access the carriage house, so you can feel free to come and go as you please. The space sleeps 4 guests comfortably with one queen pillow top Murphy bed and one queen memory foam Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa. The living area has a 48-inch flat screen SMART TV, with ROKU. You have access to streaming cable and Netflix. The internet has Ethernet and WiFi for those of you who need to get some work done. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience. And guests’ have access to a private patio, which is lovely to have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, or nice dinner and wine in the evening.
