What rental?Pros:Not much at all.Cons:We waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told they had no car for us. They walked us down to Hertz where we waited another 30 minutes in line only to be told we had to wait for a car. We waited 45 minutes. We ended up arriving to our destination over an hour late and missing an important dinner. The car itself was fine, but we will never rent from dollar again - when you add in the list time and missed dinner with colleagues, this was a very expensive rental and one we don’t want to repeat. There was no apology and no explanation - they oversold and did nothing.Reviewed Sep 25 2018

A really fantastic experience.Pros:From pick up to drop off, it was great customer service. I arrived at almost midnight and the check in service was delightful. I was treated to an effortless, sweet smile to not only me but all of his colleagues, despite the hour, a brand new car and a free upgrade. Drop off was so easy. While I was unpacking the car the attendant checked the vehicle and provided me with a final receipt. It was amazing value. I'd definitely choose Dollar again.Reviewed Jul 9 2017

Christmas EvePros:Dollar is the worst car rental company I've ever encountered. I show up my flight was delayed show up at 11 pm Christmas Eve and nobody was at the desk. Called the number and was watching the phone ring I front of us with our number. Had to go buy another rental car from another company bc I had an hour and a half drive. I bring back the other rental car for my original reservation and when I get to the Front desk the lady tells me that my reservation has been given away. Let me remind you that I drove all the way back to Calgary on Christmas and they could not accommodate me one bit. In fact it was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car rental company. Do not use dollar because they are very unfriendly as well as they would not allow me to speak to the manager.Reviewed Jan 1 2017

Rip offPros:NothingCons:Tried to upsell us on everything for 30 minutes after we'd been flying all day. They even tried to get us to buy their insurance after we had already bought insurance on Kayak, claiming that there's was much better for $35 a day. Convenient and a good dealPros:The car was clean, and ready to go. The staff were courteous and helpful. I love Toyota and was pleased to have one - it felt like home!Cons:Just that the pick up location WAS at the airport, but the website had said it was off site with a shuttle - it was more convenient this way - but it would have been good to update your website. The other thing was that one key was bent, and I couldn't get it out of the ignition - but I couldn't get the other key off the ring to use it to lock the car (may have been my ignorance about how to work the ring but it appeared to be locked closed).
