The experience was as last time; it was excellent. Staff is always extremely friendly. When I arrived there was no shuttle. They sent one immediately when I called and I didn’t have to wait on the phone for 20 minutes to speak to a person. Just absolutely seamless.Reviewed Mar 20 2024

They were closed when my plane arrived (on time as scheduled at 8:30pm). I never got a car. They were unapologetic that not informing me there would be no airport pickup or way to get the car I reserved left me stranded and scrambling to find a rental car last minute. I will Never do business with Dollar again. I suggest removing this Dollar store from your lists so this does not happen to anyone else.Reviewed Dec 12 2023

shuttle pick up at airport was poorly signed so I waited a while at the wrong place. Dollar pick up is in a completely different location to all the other rental car companies but they don't tell you. Fortunately, the Thrifty shuttle driver told me. when I picked up the car, they just pointed in the general direction of where it was parked and I had to search for it. I then had to go back to the counter as it had a scratch. there was not much help checking out. at the return, there was only 1 agent helping people pick up and drop off.Reviewed Oct 1 2023
