Pros:The gentleman at the check out was outstanding! Polite & professional.
Cons:They said that I had to show the receipt for filling up the tank and it had to be within 10 miles of the airport. This was a little stressful as we weren't familiar with the area but we found someplace right by the airport. Then, they didn 't even ask to see the receipt.
Pros:The Dollar employees were all very helpful and professional.
Cons:I signed up for a Nissan Altima. The car was switched ("upgraded") to a Kia Sportage when I showed up at the desk. I don't consider this an upgrade. The Kia was not very comfortable. Driving with the back windows open also made the car vibrate. It didn't sound safe. The EZ Pass option offered, sounded like a rip off. I would be happy to pay for whatever fees are incurred while using EZ Pass. Because I didn't have EZ Pass, my driving experience was made worse. It was difficult to find the Dollar desk. The sign is not seen from the road.

Pros:- Speed of pick-up and drop-off were great. - Having a brush to clear snow was good.
Cons:- Amount charged was over booking price by about $35 - Was charged $31 for fuel in the car, when it had only a 10-gallon tank and current fuel prices are below $2.50/gal - Car reeked of cleaning chemicals which didn't dissipate for 5 days - Found matches and blunt in car which was to be non-smoking
Pros:The clerk was professional, nice and helpful.
Cons:The price on the site was fifteen dollars plus fifteen for taxes and commissions. At the counter I was convinced to buy insurance. Suddenly, the projected price went to ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR A DAY AND A MINUTE. THAT IS FIVE TIME THE RATE. I declined and left disappointed. They have no grace period and do not pro rate the additional charges, so if you are late by a minute you pay a second day.
Pros:The agent. She was absolutely fantastic and really cared. The man who checked me out when I returned my car. He was very nice also. I enjoyed my short conversation with him.
Cons:The agent was fantastic! When I went to start my car, the battery was dead. I had to go all the way back to the office and wait for a new car. This was quite upsetting because I was already in a rush. They did take care of me right away.

Cons:pick up was repetitive. difficult to understand agent

Cons:dealing with anyone on the phone , to generate information concerning changes to my travel plans. Robots, unthinking people, very angering to speak with. Not rude, just blank stares.
