I reserved a car and went to the rental car area. The representative saw me but ignored me for about 5 minutes and then told me she didn’t have any cars but if I wanted one would have to pay more money because they had the higher tier level cars only. If they didn’t have any cars then they should have given me the higher level car at no extra charge.
