Car was dirty. Numerous scratches on hood, window shield chipped. I brought these up with lot attendant and was told to take pics in the sunlight.

The whole experience was poor. They didn’t have the vehicle that I signed up for for a party of eight so we had to squeeze into a vehicle that they had on the lot. When I went to pick up the vehicle, there were approximately three cars on their whole lot. It’s pathetic, I will never deal with dollar again.

Bait and switch. I was scammed out of $100. I reserved a standard van (12-15 people) and they didn’t have that size vehicle and could only give me a minivan which was too small. When I cancelled, they charged me a $100 fee.
