Pros:The return process was very easy.
Cons:There was an absurdly long time in line to pick up a car for which I had a reservation. 6 person line took 35 minutes. All of this is due to the constant upselling of insurance and fuel options including being told "Would you like full coverage or just liabaility" for the insurance. The option of no insurance was not offered unless you asked for it. To top it off after going through the process they give me keys and send me to the lot where there was an SUV, not the car I reserved. This was never mentioned so I had to go back in and wait in line again to get the matter resolved.
Pros:Very easy to reserve and pick up the car.
Cons:A bill was emailed to us the day after returning the car. The bill was $163 greater than the reservation rate. The error was corrected but it was aggravating.

Pros:I enjoyed the car rental experience with good customer service and a newer, clean vehicle. The car was ready when I checked-in and was full of gas and easy to operate. The return process was smooth and efficient.
Cons:- Had to ask for map and destinations but was hoping this would be supplied without having to ask. - The customer service at the Maui Airport rental company was less than warm. They all seems to be in a bad mood.
Cons:They charged us more to rent car seats than it costs to rent the car. Felt like a total scam. The reps and managers didn't help at all. When I figured out that AAA gets you your first car seat free they refused to honor that deal because of the "way i booked it". Overall, customer service was a nightmare and expressed no concern for my issue.
Pros:The return was fast and simple, with the deed bonus of a shuttle taking us to the gate.
Cons:The car was in poor condition, I made a complaint to the manager but was told it's fine. It made me uncomfortable but this couldn't be avoided unfortunately. If I were to rent again I would go with another vendor who cared for their renters and passengers.
Pros:I was in and out with my car in a flash and the return was hassle free.
Pros:The car was plain and was clean.
Cons:Even thought I purchased insurance through you, the rep spent 20 minutes trying to scare us into purchasing additional coverage through them. The wild card car, per the agent, was going to be so small that one persons luggage would not fit. They also added $13 per day per driver. All the build up fees made the price about what I could have rented directly...I guess that is their plan.
Pros:Smooth process and we were happy with the vehicle in the very way
Cons:As with all cars in Maui, or so our understanding, was overpriced. We also had to wait at pick up bc none were available
Cons:The agent to rent us a much more expensive vehicle than the one we reserved; then pushed for the insurance & prepaid gas; none of which were necessary!
