Cons:Car that was received didn't match word description of vehicle features promised in agreement. Average selection of vehicles at best. Desk wasn't very accommodating.

Cons:They got me with the deal where they promised a Crysler standard mid sized car and when I arrived they only gave me the option of two economy sized tinny Hyundais. I was in a hurry to get to my onligation / event so I did not have time to trade. When I got into the car it smelled strongly of air freshener and it was filthy, dirt all over the floor, seat, and doors. The car also has almost forty thousand miles on it and when The attendent checked me out the the garage, he said he has never seen one with such high miles. Needless to say, I will never use Dollar Rental Cars again and I am no sure I will use Kayak as Well. My experience was a big disappointment.

Pros:Car was in fantastic condition, it was easy to drive and easy to pickup and drop off.
Cons:Buying the extra insurance at the counter was insanely expensive. $30 a day? Seriously? For something that could have given me great peace of mind, I was disappointed the price was so high. Also, my husband and I were planning on sharing the driving, as we had 8+ hours of driving to do in a few days, only to find out that to add him as a driver would cost $13 a day. So I had to drive the whole trip, which was further disappointing as I came down with a cold the last few days. So the car was nice but I was relieved beyond words to give it back. I would have liked to have had the renter-specific insurance and to have added my husband to our reservation for a reasonable price. Adding $43/day to my $16/day rental? Not reasonable.
