I rented a car for a few hours and paid $250. That's crazy for 7 hours of use.

You allowed us to make a reservation upon arrival there was no van available for pick up!!! Very upsetting they did not offer a solution . They sent us home without a van I had 12 girls waiting to start our weekend and they just did care! I will never rent from them ever again

Horrible. Despite reservation was told no rentals were available in entire state for next 4 days. Cost me $250 for Uber from Middletown , DE to home.

Instead of an audi a6, they only had a BMW 3 or a vw tayron. We picked the ladder, but it was very unpleasant to drive. Totally unsuitable for german parking garages.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE IDEA THAT THE SERVICE OVER DUE LIGHT WAS ON,,THEN CHANGE OIL LIGHT CAME ON...CAR WAS NOT FILLED WITH GAS. Also the car was very filthy. I was very disappointed never have I ever had this type of experience.. Inside the car was so dirty if I didn't need it for an emergency I would of took it back..very very upset over the experience..
