Poor, had to wait 45 mins because they had no vehicles

Waited in line over an hour. Rep misleadingly told use extra charges listed (not what we prepaid), where on the form because system puts there just as optional in case, but our bill would be the prepaid amount. Turned out not optional and we were charged. I have typically enjoyed Budget rental experiences, but the late night rental experience at Orlando airport was terrible - huge wait and I should have not trusted the lone reps strange sounding explanation on agreement - but we didn't want to make the others in line wait even longer - so mistakenly shrugged and accepted the situation. Lessoned learned.

The vehicle was filthy inside and out when I picked it up. Plus it had dents/exterior damage. No personnel to do an inspection at time of pickup. Counter agent was terse. Worst car rental experience I have ever had to date.

I will never use Budget after this experience and Kayak is not up to par either - the total expenses were over $200 more than stated. big loss all around thanks for nothing.

The counter person was wonderful. I waited 11/2 hours in line to get to the counter person. They did not have my car. It took her another 30 minutes to find a car for me! I did make a reservation . Again, the counter person, wonderful, but there was something wrong going on! Yes, I finally got a car. It was clean and drove well. I suppose, “things happen”.

Waited over an hour at the Budget line/counter. Other counters had very short lines

All good, besides ours flight was late and there was no key communications.We have to stay 8 hours on airport overnight until someone show up at 8am.There was number on counter to called but no one was answering.

Only 2 people working the counters over an hour wait to get helped. Then over and hour to get a car and not the car selected we received a compact suv instead of an intermediate suv. Never again!
