Very long line at the counter, poor signs for directions, long wait for car pickup (no cars were immediately available despite reservation).

Straight scammers. Tried to get me to sign contract for extra 2 hours. Had to cancel and rebook online at check in desk. Then when turning car in with full gas they tried to charge $148 for gas. If I wasn't able to return to drop off counter their gas scam would have worked. Budget should be avoided at all costs if possible.

The ease of picking up and dropping off the car was great, My only reason for not giving an excellent on all of my ratings is that there was no inspection at the time of pickup to review any existing damage to the car (small chip in windshield, paint damage to the bumper) so I was worried as I noticed things along the way because I was afraid it was going to be blamed on me. The service light also popped on once I got to my destination and it indicated that it was 5k over the last service. I know these are typically just oil change reminders most of the time, however I was paranoid the whole time. I must add that the two gentlemen working there were both very kind and professional. I would use them again, but I would make sure to inspect the vehicle with them.

Car was a little dirty upon pickup. Mixup with locations so make address visibility a little better. And didn't have the vehicle I wanted and the upgrade was nice except for higher gas price

The directions to pickup and drop off the car were confusing and the signage in the garage was poor. The check in process was slow, though I wisely arrived very early and didn't have to wait long. There were no complications with the reservation itself, though, and I got my car without too much trouble.

The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. I would never rent a car from the airport again.

They are scammers. Tried to add 2 hours to a one day reserved rental. I literally had to back away from the scammers desk and make a second booking to avoid that scam by the Ren guy. Then when returning vehicle they tried to scam me for $144 in fuel charges when the car was returned full. I had to make a return trip to the airport in order to get that rectified. Bottom line Budget should definitely be a NO GO and Kayak shouldn't be associated with these scammers.
