There was only 1 agent at the desk and he was representing 3 to 4 different brands. It’s a painfully long line. Why can’t I walk up to my car like National ? If you rent from Budget, you will be late to your next appointment.

Staff was uninformed, unhelpful, and rude. They couldn’t answer basic questions about the EV rental—such as what type of charging port the car uses, how much charge it would have at pickup, or how much was required upon return. I picked up the rental at 1 a.m., and these were important details to know. Extremely poor experience at the MIA counter and at the gate leaving the rental place.

Overpaid. Staff looks like a scammer. Prices changes drastically at the counter. Still couldn’t get my deposit back.

Was charged extra for gas day after drop off. Attendant did not say anything about gas. Extra taxes and fees was not noted at time of booking. Slow check in process

I didn't realize it was a pickup area out of the airport, although there was a budget in the airport when we got to the place after a $30 taxi ride we found out that our booking had been canceled at 3:30. We have to no idea why we were still on the plane and that stage. However, the gentleman was very helpful. Gave us a car which was extremely comfortable and reliable

My experience with Budget was great! During the rental process our customer service associate gave tips on a few places to eat in Salem and we were not disappointed! It was a personal touch to our experience.
