Pickup was slow because the truck I was scheduled to rent wasn't in the system properly. Drop off was done by dropping the keys in a dropbox.

I had a long wait at the check in to pick up the car. Their internet was down. This was not their fault, and the lady worked very hard to move the check in line. Once I got my car I could tell it had been smoked in before me. It also had fairly high mileage at 51,000 miles. It was a good value and experience. I would certainly use Dollar Rental Car again.
