Experience was good however the guy at the counter at check in said no charge for an additional driver and at check out charged me $15 per day for the 10 day rental. Don’t like be suckered in to make a buck.

excellent service from Enterprise employees while picking up and dropping off the car. suggestion: i wish i could purchase Enterprise full "Dont worry" insurance package straight away while booking through Kayak. I purchased this package at the counter while picking up the car.

Overall, I had a really good experience with Enterprise. The team was super helpful and professional. I had booked an SUV, but since the previous customer returned it late, I was given a citadine instead. It wasn’t ideal for long drives or hiking, but the staff were very friendly and did their best to help—even if the delay pushed my plans a bit. The car was in good condition, and since I had full insurance and the fuel tank option, I returned the vehicle without any problems. The whole return process was quick and easy. Despite the small hiccup, the service was great, prices were competitive, and the staff made it a positive experience. I’d definitely rent with them again! But they are following policy, so as long as the car is returned in good condition, they won’t try to scam you.
