Wow… terrible experience. 80-90 degree temperature outside. A/C not working fan only.We were there for a wedding reception. The bar and reception hall had the worst acoustics. Loudest place I’ve ever attended. Don’t go here for a wedding venue!

It was fine. There’s a shuttle to the Cleveland clinic. However, during my stay the front desk gave someone else a key to my room and directed them there for their room to stay in error. The lady that opened the door was also traumatized because she didn’t expect there to be stuff / a person in the room the front told her was hers.

The bed frame had peeling leather, only one elevator was running, parts of the bathroom. Particularly the hidden areas didn’t seemed to be cleaned.

The staff were quite variably professional, one of the two guest floor elevators was (reportedly) being renovated, leaving only one functioning, there were two sets of elevator call buttons (attached to a weird DIY plywood box on the wall) on some floors, only one of which would actually wor...

Pros (+) I wish I could come up with something nice to say about this place, but there really isn't anything nice about it. A mediocre hotel. The view was okay.

Cons (-) Mildew in grout on tub. Furniture in ratty condition. Room smelled musty/old. Tub drain clogged. Towels thread bare and had burnt linen smell. Elevator to garage was old and dirty.
