Pros:

I was sitting at the Philadelphia airport waiting for my flight when I received a call from Avis telling me that they would be closed when I arrived at 9:48 from Chicago. I live in a remote rural area, and was completely stranded in Duluth. It seems to me that

It seems to me that if you have a car rental, someone should stay at the desk until the last flight comes in. The later, the more urgent this is.

Pros:

Alexa is the branch manager in Duluth at Central Entrance. She was extremely helpful in a very busy time. I was stuck with a car that just didn't work for us, and she was able to move things around to enable myself and my kids to make it back to Minneapolis to catch our flight. outstanding customer service. Very efficient as well.

Linda was super nice and helpful. Pick up and drop off couldn't have been easier.

I could smell that someone had smoked in the car before, but they kept the car nice a clean.
