Pros: Staff was so friendly in Beaufort! Both our pick-up driver (who was right on time!) and our agent who assisted us at the office. And drop-off was super-easy at the Savannah airport.
Cons: Had a little wait to get out car - but it was brand-new, so they had to remove the plastic!

Pros: Pick up was seamless, staff were very kind and helpful.
Cons: I scheduled my drop off for 1pm on Sat. When I picked up, no one told me the office closed at noon on Saturdays and I was required to leave the vehicle and use the drop off keys box.

I returned the car in Beuafort
Cons: The person was trying to tell me I put scratches on the rims - I drove the car from Charleston to my son's home in Beaufort - I did not pull off the road and/or encounter any vehicle or anything else that would have put scratches on the rim. I typically take photos of any damage on vehicles - the person renting it to me, did not mark it down on the sheet. They were extremely busy, and I believe he missed it. I also did not notice any scratches on the rims when I rented the car, but I know I did not encounter anything along the way that would place scratches on the rims.

Good but a hassel
Pros: I liked the overall service. The two reps I had contact with was very polite and helpful.
Cons: When I got there I didn't know I had to bring 2 utility bills and pay a 150 refundable deposit for the rental. I asked the rep why I didn't know.. She said that most third-party sites don't have regulations. I had to go back home and retrieve all these items.. Which was a hassel to do being that I have only one bill in my name at my residence. This needs to change because you guys will miss out on money.. As long as the person has the money.. Let them rent the car. I later found out this rule is for debit card users only.

Cons: We were not allowed to rent car due to Enterprise policy not rent with debit card. We are debt free, thank you Dave Ramsey. Hertz and Avis can do it. The Hertz experience was great, as is my credit score.
