The car was nice.The car was dirty. The lady at pickup was asleep in the back when I was waiting to get my car. The drop off site didn’t have my information and was unable to locate my rental agreement in their computer. I will take some responsibility for this because I lost my rental agreement.

Provided a vehicle.Reserved a Mazda because we are considering purchasing one. Great opportunity to "test drive" for a couple of days. Staff upgraded us to a larger full sized Ford. Had been helping a relative move to a rural area of South Carolina and was unable to park his truck and trailer at car rental counter. Knew we would have to drop off my spouse to pick up the rental so reserved with her credit card. I waited in cell phone parking area of airport and included my DL and insurance info along with her, but agent would not add me as additional driver. So, less experienced, nervous operator got stuck with all the driving in Charleston for 2 days. She was NOT a happy camper!

Quick booking and checkoutWhen my flight got delayed we decided to rent a car and drive in order to make our connection. I booked on kayak in less than a minute while sitting at the gate. Car was ready for us 5 mins later when we got yo the rental desk.

Staff is always friendly and helpfulI dont like how whenever you get a suppliers choice vehicle they give you the smallest vehicle possible. I understand its a gamble but as a renter you want to try out nice cars at a decent price. I feel like this is just a way to cut cost so I won't be using that option anymore. The price was amazing but my husband an I are not twigs and the Ford Fiesta was good on gas but the tank is small and the car barley fit us and our luggage.

Even though their hours said they would be open, I wanted to double check because it was late so I specifically called ahead to ensure they would be open for my arrival. They confirmed and had my flight info. When I arrived they had closed and gone home for the day despite it being within normal business hours and my call to confirm just hours before that. I was stranded with no ride in a remote location with no Uber or Lyft.

Waited 30 minutes for the Budget employee to show up at the desk even though I had a reservation for the time I showed up. When the employee showed up (said he was outside getting a car ready), I told him I had a reservation and he asked for my name, then told me he didn’t have my reservation. Then he found it in the computer, and said that he didn’t have a car for me. Offered to rent me a full sized SUV for double what I had booked the car for. Luckily I hadn’t paid for the original rental yet so I just left.

The pickup wasn’t that bad but no one checks your car when you pickup. The drop off was very unusual. The budget person asked me to drop keys at Avis counter and there was no inspection of car. I hope I get my security deposit back.

Check-in was slow; the employed (who was wearing an Avis uniform) couldn’t log into the system right away. It didn’t take forever, but it wasn’t quick. $200 for a 1 1/2 day rental is outrageous.
Drop off super easy and they returned a fairly valuable item I had left in the car via their Lost n Found department. That turned what could have been a sour ending to our trip into a very positive view of Enterprise.The car was not quite a clean as it could have been a pick up. However it may have been one of the busiest weeks of the year for them in Augusta with the Masters just getting over that day.

Car was cleanThere were no cars available at the time which I reserved my vehicle. When they finally had a car available, I ended up paying more for a step down in size from my reservation.
The cost was unbelievable and I didn’t have a choice but to pay bc I was headed out of town at that moment to my grandfathers funeral. So being blindsided wasn’t not good for a single mother. But I won’t rent here again.

Your dollar goes a long way!Extremely low rental prices, always have vehicles on hand, clean cars, no wait drop off and friendly customer service.Every time I rent with dollar they try and put you in a truck or or constantly try to get you to upgrade. It comes off pushy sometimes and the truck isn't ideal for a person who tells you the have to travel more than an hour away. Beautiful truck at great price.Pickup and drop off was extremely slow. Only one person ahead on pick up and their transaction took 15 min. Return had two people there, waited 5 min then dropped key in box. Normally like to wait for reciept. Truck nice but only vehicle available and was really hoping for a fuel zipper, since it was only me and had to drive 5 hrs.

customer serviceThe gentleman at the counter was pleasant when we returned the car. Much better than when we picked up the vehicle.Woman at counter appeared to have something else to do. Was rushing us, even though there wasn't another customer waiting. Offered us option for gas that was different than the price listed on the counter. When I questioned the receipt was charging us more than the price listed on the counter, she appeared perturbed and stated curtly, that I'd be saving a "whole dollar"

I liked that the lot was right outside the door of the airport (no shuttle needed). I liked the actual vehicle (Jeep Renegade).The directions on my Kayak rental print out had a much lower price for the week ($178) and stated that it was off-location and I would need a shuttle. I went up to the Dollar rep and showed her my reservation and she said this was the place and did not know why Kayak had that written on there. The price ended up being $360 something. Very deceiving!
They replaced the SUV selected for a sedan without asking or even updating the pricing for the lower grade vehicle.

Simple and EasyThe entire process is pretty easy. Just remember that the Avis counter is now with Budget instead of the Avis counter.Be careful about the insurance coverage through Kayak. That's not Avis' coverage but Kayak. If you have any problems, you have to go through Kayak not Avis. Luckily this didn't happen to us but it's good to know before spending the extra money.

The car was clean and ready.At pick up I did ask if we could add one hour to our end time and the agent said it would add another days charge. I thought that seemed odd as we picked up at 7am and planned to drop it off originally the next day at 3pm. Later I called and a different agent allowed the extension without additional charges. As a customer I find it frustrating when you get two different answers to the same question.
