Pros: Courteous, professional, friendly staff and quick check-in's and check-out's.
Cons: I've rented a car from them the past 3 weekends and each weekend the cost of the per day rental has risen substantially.

Pros: This was my first and last time renting from Enterprise... I usually rent from Hertz. This was the worst rental experience in my entire life. I missed a whole day at the resort due to this... That was over $300 down the drain... smh... We were supposed to head out at 12 and didn't get to leave until 3 because the right vehicle was not there had to cramp 8 ppl into a 7 passenger. Staff was not helpful at all. Except the man (Lavar i think) that helped me at the end. Very professional and courteous. The other staff members were not helpful just kept insisting that I go to another branch... I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again.
