Small office but with all the experience
Pros: I was there a little earlier but there was no problem

Floral park Hertz
Pros: The SUV I ended up with was nice, Not cleaned after previous rental though but with clean smell and less than 10K miles on it.
Cons: They don't have vehicles at that location at this time, they are bringing as needed from their Great Neck office. The SUV they had for me had cigarette smoke smell inside, so I requested to change the vehicle and it took for ever... in the end I ended up paying $50 more as they did not have a similar class vehicle. ...even though I received another SUV. I Will try to avoid this location if possible next time.
