Boxer DayPros:The office was so busy and maybe understaffed but the employee that helped us was working so hard and doing his best to help everyone even though we were all getting grumpy because it was taking longer than we hoped.Reviewed Jan 2 2019

Pros:The car was fine. We had good service from John Froehm (spelling may be wrong) at the airport enterprise after we ended up at a rental location that wasnt' anywhere near where we wanted to be. We were thankful that there was another car that they were able to give us at the location that we wanted. John was very helpful.Cons:Kayak did not seem to be upfront about the fact that the car we ordered was not anywhere near the airport. This almost became a problem for us but the airport rental place was able to work with us and help us out.Reviewed Jan 27 2017

Pros:Attempt to apprase me after thier mistake.Cons:The fact I requested a specific type of vehicle and they attempted to offer me 2 lower tier vehicles. Vehicle needed serious maintenance and placed my group in danger traveling through slick, snowy, mountain conditionsReviewed Jan 17 2017
