I booked 3 weeks in advance and when I got there they didn’t have the right car. The one they gave me didn’t work in the snow, at all .. in January. I called the next day for another, got bounced around between agents, they didn’t have anything with snow tires, and when I finally got a half decent car they tried to double charge me … even after I got confirmation I wouldn’t be charged extra, they tried again at drop off. A huge scam company honestly … go elsewhere and if you have to rent from them, be ready to advocate for yourself.Reviewed Jan 27 2024
