I was at Enterprise location half an hour before pickup time, Airport and office both were closed and no one Pickup the phone at Enterprise location phone number provided with booking detail. Talk to both Enterprise main customer service number too but they are also helpless only give me a complain escalation number 410239414. I was stranded at the around the Airport more half an hour and I left without car in winter storm. Worst experience in my life with KAYAK and enterprise both.Reviewed Jan 3 2023

I booked from Kitchener airport pickup and drop off in Milton. I was called and told that Milton closes at 11 on Saturday and had to drop it off before then so I'm not charged an extra day. I wasn't able to make it by 11 and they charged me an extra day!Reviewed Feb 2 2022
