Cons: Confusion over coverage, which was accidentally charged to me, even though I rent cars often.

Car rentals should have cars on the lot for rent.
Pros: Nothing about them was acceptable.
Cons: They didn't have a car to rent and when asked why they shrugged their shoulders!
I asked for a recommendation on what to do and they offered no help.

Good gas mileage but dirty
Pros: Awesome gas mileage for my cross country road trip (40+ mpg). Drove easy, quick pick up.
Cons: Filthy seats throughout. Had multiple stains and dirt in front and back.
