I was never able to rent the car because they wouldn’t take my card. I used my card to reserve the car. They charged my bank account $50 and then put it back. I got confirmation that my car was good to go. When I got off the plane and got a shuttle to take me to Enterprise they refused to rent me the car with the card I used this whole time. They said I needed a credit card. I don’t have any credit cards, only my visa debit card. Which is like cash. She didn’t want that and she refused to give me my car. Another lady stepped in and was so rude to me. I was stuck at the airport with now ride and I had to get to somewhere that was almost 2 hours away. Horrible customer service! The ladies that were there were rude and ghetto acting. I have never experienced this type of service from a rental car company and I’ve rented cars before at airports.Reviewed Dec 30 2025

The staff were friendly and cordial. However, I rented a Toyota Tacoma and received another type of pickup truck which to be honest I didn’t like. I had to do several trips to transport a sofa.On a previous occasion I rented with your company and same location the Tacoma and did the same in only one trip. Very disappointing experience if you do t have the car the client rented at least let them know via email or text of the situation.Reviewed Dec 20 2025
