Pros: First we had an upgrade to a nicer car from the basic to a Jeep. I'm quite sure that having rented through kayak gave us a lower price : with insurance we paid about $100 from Sunday late morning to Tuesday late afternoon. The staff are all very friendly. The big surprise was when we returned the car since they weren't too busy they offered to drive us home free of charge which saved us the hassle of carrying our things on the streetcar.
Cons: We had a bit of a wait on Sunday morning when we picked up the car. Probably because it was Sunday they were a bit understaffed but they remained courteous and friendly. The jeep was also probably a bit of a gas hog. I think two full tanks of gas to go 580 miles was a bit much but we were happy to have it. That might be because I live in Europe where cars get better gas mileage it seems.

Good little car
Pros: I liked the service at the enterprise office.
Cons: I thought most everything was fine. I don't know it would cost $10 addy for an extra driver and I don't think that is a necessary charge.

Poor pickup experience, extreemly unprofessional customer service
Cons: I need to discuss a serious problem with pickup, the worst customer service I have ever received. I would like this unprofessional behavior addressed with the employee. It reflects very poorly on the company itself and was response received was definitely not needed.

Pros: Reserved a intermediate car and was given a large suv, did not need a large suv and they got me a Dodge Charger within one hour. Enterprise went above and beyond to get a car to fit my needs.

Horrible pick up experience, but ended up with a great rental
Pros: They had no cars available, so we got upgraded to a truck which was awesome for our trip. Also with all the delays our rental price ended up being a bit cheaper than expected. Returnimg car to airport was a breeze. J
Cons: We called many times to ask them if we could pick up our car a bit later and to see if they would pick us up as we were staying at a hotel about 12 min away. No one ever answered. We fnally just decided to take an uber there. We get there and they have no cars other than a 12 passenger van. There are 3 other people in there, none of them have cars and all had reservations. Meanwhile the phone is ringing and no one is answering it. One lady comments that she called 20 times and no one answered. There were 4 employees there, so its not like they were under staffed. Long story short, we left, they said they would call us and come pick us up when they had a car for us. At 2pm they hadnt called, and they closed at 3pm. So we went back, they had 2 cars, both had cracked windshields. We said we would take the truck because we own one and can drive it well, but it was a little worrisome with the cracked wimdhield. Im just glad we didnt wait around for them to call us or come get us.

Out of cars
Pros: Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Cons: They were out of cars, lied to me at one point telling me there was a car waiting for me, there were no cars available at all and I ended up simply waiting for one to come in. I didn't receive any advanced notice that a credit card vs a debit card would be required. If you don't have a credit card your only option is to give them enough info they could commit identity theft. The process took about 2 hrs, which is completely unacceptable.

The car smelled terrible
Cons: I had the car for 5 days and even having windows open most of the time, the smell would not go away. It was like someone poored cheap perfume bottle over the smell of cigarettes.

Pros: The people were friendly and time of pickup and drop off was quick. Car received was great with no problems.
Cons: The only frustration was when booking the car, I entered the p/u location being at the airport and then reserved the car and secured the price. However, when at the car rental at the airport, they said it was not the airport car rental that I reserved and had to pay about $40 more than reserved price. You would think it would be correct when you enter the exact airport location and reserve the car. Had never been there before so was not familiar with the area.

I had to cancel my reservation because of Enterprise
Pros: nothing. I didnt rent a car.
Cons: Enterprise has a policy that you cannot have two rental cars out at once. I have an Enterprise rental car at my home, because I recently got into a car crash and I have an insurance-provided Enterprise. When I went on vacation, I assumed I could rent another Enterprise. It turns out they have a policy for only one car at a time, which they didnt detect when I booked the car, or when I called them to confirm my reservation 24 hours out. As a result, on vacation, I got to the Enterprise (which was not near any other car rental places) and found out I could not rent a car. I had to cancel my reservation and lost half a day of my vacation before getting a rental car somewhere else. This was a completely avoidable situation if Enterprise's IT system would have auto-detected this in advance. But beyond that - its just a stupid policy! Why wouldn't they want me to rent two cars, pay them MORE MONEY, and be a happy customer? I called Enterprise to complain, and talked to a customer service guy who said somebody from Corporate would call me to talk about my situation. 5 days later, nobody called. I'd still like that call.

Jeep for fun, in the Big Easy!
Pros: We hado a mid size SUV that was just perfect for us and my siblings who also came down to NOLA to celebrate with me.

First bad experience with Enterprise
Pros: Replacement car was far better than initial rental.
Cons: Car was described as an SUV but had less storage space than a compact car. Long wait to pick up car even though reservation had been made. Short office hours made contacting the office throughout my trip difficult. Car had mechanical problem requiring switching out at a random town in Texas during the middle of my trip. Now a damage claim has been filed against me for damage I never caused and am unsure where it came from. Drop off fees for one-way rental are usurious.

Make sure you set aside plenty of time to sit around and wait
Pros: The gentleman who picked and dropped us off was friendly and considerate.
Cons: Procedures took too long, impacting our ability to get where we needed to be. We almost missed our tour, the whole purpose behind renting a car to get out of the city, because of the delay. Drivers not readily available - we waited about 30 minutes past our pre-designed time to be picked up and waited about an hour after returning the car to be dropped off.

Pros: There was a misunderstanding regarding the pick up location for the car. The cost was significantly higher than anticipated but the company made good on the original quote. This felt very fair of them.
Cons: We booked a car to pick up at the airport but the car location was downtown. So, it is possible that I made this error, but I don;t know how that would have happened.

Cons: Slow service when I picked up the vehicle. Only a few clerks and quite crowded. Then it didn't have any gas in it, so they had to gas it up. vehicle also said oil change required.

Bluetooth and hours
Pros: The only car in the class that was available didn't have Bluetooth which in this day and age is a safety must. Had to pay an upgrade fee for different car. Also hours of location weren't listed as a result a delay meant I couldn't get car til next day.

Pros: I loved everything about this rental, and I would rent again from Enterprise NOLA. There wasn't anything I didn't like, it did it's job by getting us from point A to point B and back. The only reason I gave it 4 starts for cleanliness is because the car came in when I did and they didn't have time to clean it. EVERYBODY we dealt with was very friendly.

Cons: Did not honor rental. Told us no cars available. Did not provide any solutions. Left us high and dry. Had to travel at own expense to the airport and pay substatially more to rent from that location.

One way rental from Nola

Cons: The car was dirty and we had to wait 40 minutes in the office to actually pick up the car even though we had reservations.

Terrible pick up but everything worked out
Pros: Got a free upgrade
Cons: Waited over an hour for a vehicle to become available then, once they finally pulled one around, it had a flat tire. I waited another 15 minutes before they finally gave me a suitable vehicle.

Pros: Craig the guy who checked me in when I returned was nice. Paul was nice too.
Cons: Their computers went down and delayed my trip. Then when I was trying to go home it took them a minute to find me a ride home.

Pros: Car was great, staff was excellent.
Cons: When I picked up the car, there was only one staff person to handle everything and so it took a while for her to get the car ready. She was wonderful and did a great job, but it seemed like they should have had more staff on.

Disappointment is the kayak way.
Cons: We specified airport as location to pick the car up at, and they scheduled us elsewhere, and since I specified location I did not see it has scheduled pickup elsewhere in the city. Sucked! Way to start a vacation off!

Every person was so nice, the car was not
Pros: I liked interacting with the people who worked at the Enterprise location.
Cons: The bumper falling off, the alignment on the car pulled to the right horribly, the check engine light came on causing the car to almost stall on the highway, and the tire pressure light came on and required me to add air to ALL four tires. The car rode and drove horribly. Every time I showed up somewhere, I had to explain that it was not me that caused the damage to the bumper. It became annoying and embarrassing.

Pros: I received an upgraded vehicle - very nice easy to drive - The two men who assisted me in New Orleans were wonderful I wish I remembered their names.
Cons: Pick up in New Orleans was lengthy - more than 45 minutes. Woman at side desk was curt and gave incorrect information, was rude to other customers.

Pros: Friendly, good price, lift back downtown after rental.
