Pros:The staff was great. No issues with pick up and drop box was fairly straight forward.Cons:The car smelled heavily of smoke when we got it. The power steering was making odd noises (may require additional power steering fluid). The right rear tire gave a lower pressure warning after having the car for a few hours. No issues after filling it up so didn't appear to be a structural issue.Reviewed Jun 9 2020

Excellent Customer ServicePros:We had reserved a mid-sized SUV for 4 adults and 4 pieces of luggage. When we went to the car stall and saw a small SUV that actually had the cargo space of a small hatchback, we went back to the counter and requested a larger vehicle, as we had initially reserved. The agent was professional, she apologized and got us into a larger SUV that was perfect for our family.Reviewed May 15 2017
