Rented a Large SUV (Suburban or Similar) got a mini-van instead. I was told they were all out when I arrived. But there some sitting on the lot waiting to get turned over. Got into the mini van and it wasn't cleaned very well. It also started rattling on the road. Pretty sure it was way over due for an oil change. The sticker said Oil change due at 41k and I pulled off the lot with 52k on it. I really didn't have time to play game , I had to get going. So I took the car regardless. When we arrived at the Budget counter there was 21 people in front of us. Would have been over an hour to get waited on. Had no choice but to cancel and book with Hertz. No wait and excellent service.Reviewed Oct 30 2022

We were allowed to book and then told no on either would be there to assist us. When we arrived to the airport, other passengers were being assisted. There would have been no issue with us booking and keeping the car. Communication was awful during the entire experience.Reviewed Aug 31 2022

Easy checkout. Great price. Car had several dings, scratches and a dent. Was worried about the checking but the attendant was great. Cars are being used more and held longer. Inside was nice. I took pictures before and a video. Didn’t want any issues. Thank goodness noneReviewed May 13 2022

Try to Charge me $450 cleaning for excessive garbage via letter in the mail to me. When I called the service number they would only take off half …$225!! I asked for proof and they said there was pitchers they had of some wrappers in the back seat and a coffee cup in the cup holder and some Cheerios my son spilled on the back seat … I am declining this charge. Sounds reasonable… This is standard to clean this up with any rental company, and the interior had no damage or stains.Reviewed Jul 10 2021
