Car unavailableCons:When I got to the airport, Hertz didn’t have a single car. The lady at the counter said they couldn’t actually guarantee my car until 24 hours following the reservation. In fact, of the seven or so car rental places at the airport, only one car rental place had a car. It was very expensive. So, I was stranded in the middle of nowhere without a vehicle until the next day.Reviewed Aug 18 2018

Staff was greatPros:Easy Che k in and great staff made this a good experience. I was a little early and they had no problems with that. I expressed some concerns about the car exterior and they noted it was not my doing.Cons:The car exterior was pretty rough when I picked up the car. I took pictures of everything. better than the competitionPros:great car, Nissan quest and very nice staff at check in. better price than the others for a van. really easy transaction.Cons:check out made my wonder if everything was wrapped up. staff was busy and said just give us the keys, we will email the receipt in 5 min. i never got it. everything was fine in the end, just left me unsure. had to extend drop off by several hours... charged $54 for extension. paid 26 per day... all good, my fault for missing deadline.Reviewed Dec 20 2017
