Pros:Car was great. Drove well. Was cleanCons:Pick-up in Syracuse was long. I had the advantage of the line getting shorter when a customer left to get a car elsewhere No one was available to check car in at Rochester. Waited over 10 minutes. Ended up leaving keys on counterReviewed Aug 23 2016
