Pros:Harrison was so very helpful. He gave us a great deal on a lot bigger car then I had planned and it was wonderful to have all that room. Made for a awesome ride back to VA. Also had a problem with being charged for Insurance which I already took out with Alamo for a different vehicle I was going to rent. But called customer service and they took care of it. Thanks
Cons:When we took the vehicle back to Norfolk Airport there was a few issues. I called they said on the recording they were open till 11:30 pm. Door said 10:00pm. Got there before 9:00pm not a soul in site. Need to work on that.

Pros:The kindness and helpfulness of the female staff. The lady who picked us up was very helpful and nice. The lady who went over the car with us was very pleasent and thorough. Our paperwork was easily completed.
Cons:When we arrived at the Enterprise facility our car was not ready. While we were waiting 30-40 minutes we discovered that when we were picked up at the train station one of our bags had been left. This was very upsetting. The facility was not very busy so, I asked the lady who had picked us up to drive us to the train station to retrieve it. The manager refused this request. When we finally got our car after waiting an hour, we went to the station and, thank God, were able to retrieve our piece of luggage. However, by that time we were stuck in the city rush hour traffic with a car only having half a tank of gas. The timing caused us to take 3 hours because of the traffic for what otherwise would have taken an hour and a half. This is the worst experience I have had after using Enterprise for the last 30 years. This is a management problem that needs attention. We made our reservation several days before we arrived in Birmingham and our car should have been ready.
Cons:They over charged me at the counter than actuall deal which was online very disappointed
