Cons:They didn't have my car, tried to give me a huge truck I didn't want, and tried to force me to buy $200 of insurance I didn't need. I walked out and went to Budget down the street.

Pros:Only good thing was when I called to customer service to explain the bad experience. The agent was pleasant, apologetic, and promised to credit my card.
Cons:Upon arrival, lines at counter was long, kiosks were broken, only one counter attendant who was taking 10-15 minutes per customer. After waiting 45 minutes and with only 4 customers processed, went to Avis and got a car quickly. No one there to explain what was going on, why there was such a bottleneck, or to offer any idea of how long it would take.

Cons:Lack of choices going from a Yukon XL (captain chairs and leather) to a base level Nissan mini van that had a faulty MPH gauge.

Pros:The staff was so friendly. I already had my reservation but wanted an upgrade. The car wasn’t ready but they worked as quickly as they could to get me a new contract while they got the car ready. In a short 15 minutes I had a beautiful Cadillac CTS and I was on my way. Thank you Hertz.

Cons:Need to reconsider how your cars are classified. A Nissan Sentra is NOT a midsize Or standard car by no means. It is a COMPACT car! This was my first time and last time to rent with Hertz. Alamo has you beat by far.

Called 20 mins before time of pickup and said they didn't have any cars, even though rate said guaranteed and was paid for in advance. Asked local office when they might have a car for my employee and they said, try back in 4-5 days! umm. no, bud that won't work!
