Pros:Helpful and friendly staff that were willing to answer questions. The entire process was smooth.

Cons:I was charged 44% more than quoted when I returned the car (at the agreed time). The car had not been cleaned and reeked of perfume, had the oil change light on from the beginning, and had no license plate even with 35,000 miles on the odometer.

Pros:Renting a car from Payless was an overal great experience. Customer service was great, the car was clean, in great shape and comfortable.
Cons:I asked to drop off in a different location and if there was a cost. I was told I have to bring the car back to that location only. Even though renting a car from Payless was an overal great experience, I might not be able to rent from Payless in the future due to this doesn't meet my overal needs if I need to drop the car in a different location but can't.

Pros:Customer service person was very friendly and not pushy and over selling. We were able to get in and on our way quickly. Vehicle was in good shape and ran well. Drop off was hassle free too. Just doesn't happen like that too often.
Cons:Car smelled like smoke.

Pros:Service was good and fast. The car was clean and nice the front counter rep was professional and kind.
Cons:Left my glasses in the car prescribed and I have been attempting for a week to get someone from lost and found to call left several messages and no response upset about that but the rental itself was fine.
