Cons:They had no cars
Pros:Have a reservation made online with confirmation numbers and wouldn't honor the price. Literally twice as much once I got to the rental. Will be calling customer service today. I also waited 45min along with 2 other customers for the rental.
Pros:The car handled and performed well.
Cons:There was an overwhelming scent of artificial smell despite me leaving all the windows open overnight. I looked everywhere for some scent producing item that could be removed but to no avail. It was like driving in a toilet. If this is used routinely, it should be discontinued. If it is used to cover cigarette smell, then cars should be designated smoking or non-smoking so one can request a non-smoking car.
Pros:The reception staff handled our reservation and check out efficiently and professionally. They were very friendly and got us on our way with minimum delay.
Pros:Jarvis felt bad about the situation and did upgrade us to an suv. Excellent customer service. We left happy
Cons:There were no mid size economy or compact cars available even tho I had reservations. Was offered full size at a discounted fee (why should I have to pay for their mistake). Decided to wait for a car to be returned which took over 2 hours. Was told the websites will let you still reserve when they have no inventory.
