Cons:To be honest I rented a car for one day and this was absolutely the worst experience ever. My final charge was twice of what was on my signed contract and only due to 2 mistakes made by your employees. First was due to inability of your employees to find parking ticket that was in the car above the drivers head (usual place) and second due to "not full" gas tank. I read before about this scams at Enterprise before rented a car but was convinced it is not going to happen. I will try to warn all your potential customers online about this as it is absolutely unacceptable.
Pros:The car, an Audi A6, was clean and in good condition. The reception area is very comfortable with sofas and free wifi and the staff serves you an espresso. The young man who showed me the car(s) was very careful and personable.
Cons:The woman who seems to run or own the franchise is a little off color. First of all she doesn't speak English very well which didn't help. When I asked what the additional charge would be if I brought the car back an hour late she told me it would be a full day charge. She said I had a very good rate and indicated that I shouldn't expect an hourly rate. She told me the Jaguar I had reserved was petrol but it turned out to be a diesel which resulted in a half hour delay while we switched to the petrol Audi. I rushed to get the car back on time and so didn't fill up with fuel. I was charged €2.50 a liter vs €1.50 at a station which seemed like gouging. In summary, this rental franchise operates like it doesn't expect repeat customers and thus nickels and dimes you all the way after offering an otherwise attractive initial quote. Oh, and they took a huge deposit on my credit card because it was a "high end car". So much of the way they treated me felt like a hustle.

Cons:To wait in line at the counter for nearly an hour is just not acceptable. When one has only a few days in a country - every minute is precious. The wait on this car was just not acceptable.
Cons:There's no pick up or drop off service if it's needed then we have to pay 50€ which is very disappointing and the cost very expensive if u have your own insurance than you have to pay over 1000€ deposit + other fees I had to pay 27€ for insurance more in order to avoid that deposit money overall very disappointing customer service over the phone very rude ...
Pros:Car was comfort and cost saving from fuel consumption point of view.
Cons:I didn't get enough explanations on how to use the GPS and it took me couple of minutes, while driving to get it working. I have returned the car few min' before 7:00pm and I was told that I can drop the keys at the office but the staff already left and I needed to go to the parking
Pros:I did like the price and the Ford Fiesta.
Cons:When we picked up the car it took us 40 min. I did book the cars in Kayak.com. They have the the chance of having insurance for 9€/day. And I booked the 2 cars with the Kayak,s Insurance. When we wanted to get theses cars, there was a blond woman that insisted in havin to pay 27€ a car in terms of getting the insurance... otherwise we had to pay over 2000€. She took over 2000€ from my credit card to book 2 Ford Fiesta, but before she had been so rude to me. Telling that I might be robbed, or that she has noting to do with Kayak. She made me feel quite miserable, and she got my nerves. My escursion to Kokenhauf with my family... ruined. After that his partner took like 8 min reviewed each car to see if there was something wrong to charge me when we were back. Like 5h later and 84kms. I really though she was going to come up with something to screw me... because I didn't want to pay daily insurance twice.
Cons:Very bad service. Accuses for damange which I didn't do.
Cons:Full of unprofessional staff / in coperative and liars duds sitting in office . Don't even know a percent of costumer service. Don't even know the laws of their own country.
