Cons:Well I was promised a week for $159 when I landed I called about to get to the specific location for my car. The gentleman stated that location closed at noon on Saturday. I asked how was I to get the car he said come back tomorrow. I thinking really stay overnight in an airport. Nothing online stated that location closed at noon but he would he happy to help at this location. Just take the shuttle. Then after explaining everything again and signing the nice lady Stephanie says they did they tell you we could not honor the price. I paid $409. Thanks KAYAK

Cons:The car smelled of cigarettes smoke even though it was a no smoking car. We had a tire blow out on the highway and road side assistance was impossible to get a hold of. One time I was on hold for 1.5 hours before getting dropped. Thanks to a Good Samaritan we were able to get to an airport where we exchanged the car.

Pros:I was expecting to rent a Nissan Versa or a Ford Fiesta as I had in the past. 47 miles to the gallon, highway. BUT, what I actually got was a Hyundai Accent and was told I would get less: 37 mpg. NO, I actually got 47 once, and an average of 45mpg the whole trip.

Pros:I was upgraded to a larger vehicle which I greatly appreciated.
Cons:Vehicle I received either was poorly cleaned or not cleaned at all. Found several old grapes in rear seat area, the back seat had some type of small sticky spot on it, the gas tank was not full, and there were no floor mats. I called and Cecil advised me he'd note same and it wud only be necessary to bring vehicle back with 1/2 tank.
