Had two 15 person vans reserved for months. Enterprise called at 7 pm the night before on 1 and at 7 am the day of reservation on the other: “we don’t have any 15 p vans.” No explanation. No help finding 15 p vans at other locations. Even though their website showed availability that day. Pathetic lack of service and consideration. I will not use Enterprise again.

Cons:

After we arrived in the destination city, I called to arrange a time to pick up the car and was told they were out of cars. I asked how they allowed the reservation to be completed when there was no availably, they claimed it happens all the time.
