They were grossly understaffed, so they did not answer the phones at all, & the wrong car was given to me dirty...

Cons:

After we arrived in the destination city, I called to arrange a time to pick up the car and was told they were out of cars. I asked how they allowed the reservation to be completed when there was no availably, they claimed it happens all the time.
