Pros:

literally nothing about the experience.

Cons:

I got the booking confirmation and was dropped off to pick up the car. only to be told "we have no cars for you" and absolute refusal to do anything to get me anywhere. had to miss my grandmother's memorial service because of this. very unhappy with this experience from the very beginning.

Pros:

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, BUT DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE THAT I RESERVED. WAS GIVEN A TRUCK THAT HAD BAD GAS MILEAGE.

Cons:

MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE VEHICLE AVAILABLE THAT WAS RESERVED ON THE CONTRACT.

The rental was perfect for us to use. The agent was very helpful in what to do when we are ready to rent another vehicle.

Pros:

Staff did not care about giving me a clean car. After I left, I called to report smoke issues with AC use and car stalling at times. Bad gas? No remedy was offered. When I got to the airport, Hertz was not even there to do my return. My car agent n vet discussed my plans at all The worst car rental ever. Maybe I should have gone through the Airport rental instead of private franchise. I put 4 calls into Hertz to help me...

Cons:

Better customer service and an attitude of caring...

The staff at the Fayetteville location was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

$200 security deposit wasn’t included in the estimation provided and it was never mentioned in any emails until I spoke with the agent at the Fayetteville location.
