Cons:We were there at 6AM at our reserved date/time and there was one person working. We asked for the supervisor to see if there is anything they can do. The person behind the counter said "We have a mustang but you'll have to wait until 8AM to talk to a supervisor." WOW!!! Thanks for NOT HELPING! We booked this car for a trip to LA with the family and our plans pretty much got ruined here. Thank you for NOT giving us a car we booked. A mustang does not fit the same amount of people as a van. This is horrible. I don't think I can book on here anymore. Truly upset and disappointed how this was handled.

Cons:Simple honest rental attitude. Didn’t try to up sell. Didn’t waste time trying to up sell. Didn’t try to scare me via up sell. On return, just takes the car back. No hassle. Got a brand new car this time. Couldn’t be happier. Although, I do wish they carry more sedans instead of upgrading all rides to SUV.

Cons:They didn’t let me pick up my car because I didn’t have a credit card. When I bought the car on kayak I was told I could use my debit card. Very dissatisfied

Pros:Nothing and horrible experience. They did not give me mini van even when pre paid for reservation way ahead. Stood me up at midnight with a mini van .. Tried second day to get right car and they are almost rude. Worst service ever in my life and almost got killed with minivan when we had to travel in heavy snow. Heaters failed to work and travelled in cold

Pros:We booked car through Kayak .. They gave us Fox car rental. We got all the confirmation and paid for it.. On the day that we picked up the car , NO Car available for us.. We waited for a long period of time and we were late for our appointment.. So what is the used of early booking and do reservations ? No car available for us... Waste of time.. Useless... Now we need to process our refund and ask a lot of requirements..

Cons:Don’t overbook, had to wait around until some cars came back in the lot for me to take one.

Pros:The staff was rude and didn’t offer any options. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the rental car because we had to put a $500 deposit on credit card and when we had them run it the first time we didn’t have $500 credit and seconds later we transferred credit and the staffing said there system only allowed to run credit card once. So we where decline the rental and not given any options. Also 30 minutes later a fox staff members calls me confronting me that on there system it shows I have a mini suv and they saw me drive off the lot in another type of suv. I corrected them by explaining that I rented from another company because I was decline by fox and ended renting with enterprise. It’s very disbursing that fox staff had the nerve to call me later to confront me about a car they never gave me.
Cons:Better customer service and offer options because there fox system doesn’t accommodate when credit card doesn’t except the first time. Also, they need to Communicate with each other before calling and confronting customers when there wrong.
