Pros:Good value on a one-way rental (pickup downtown / return to the airport.) And the drop-off at SFO was very quick, with efficient and courteous staff.

Cons:Car was smooth and worked well but for a 30000 mileage nice SUV Not sure why smelt so bad. And you can not know these things until you are in it and have signed the contract.

Pros:The drop-off representative was very helpful and understanding of the issues we faced with our car rental.
Cons:The car had no windshield wiper fluid and no UBS ports so we couldn't charge our phones and have the benefit of a nav system.

Pros:the price for returning to a neighborhood location vs the airport was significant. This was a little far and might have been a 30 dollar uber to the Oakland airport but I had a friend to take me anyway... So mostly I appreciated the significant savings by using off airport pick up and delivery

Cons:Slow lines checking in, car was covered with splashed bugs in the front, the in convince of waiting for a bus going and coming, and the crowds/lines there

Cons:Bad service, dirty vehicle, incorrect information on my contract vs what is on the car in reference to miles and gas gauge. Most importantly the car had profanity tagged on it. Ridiculous! Manager gave me no time.

Pros:I picked my car on Friday 4/2/2021 and sropped off the same day at a dfferent location. On Monday, I received an email that I was a no-show for my rental pick upi and that a charge of $50 will be applied to my credit card. I tried to call but the cale was disconnected twice and after that there was a problem wtih a website. Absolutely a dishonest service! I am shocked!
